Discovering it via Myra Rotspring is the first and only thing I can think of. Anka, the Buried is an idea but...why? They're not on the same page in terms of objectives.
You could maybe do some stupid stuff in hunter with Seeping Oozeling in Hunter if you had this as your only deathrattle. Shame there's no way to reliably cheat an actual Anubisath Warbringer out early in Hunter. If there was you could potentially get a super buff hand using Nine Lives.
Even better in Arena than North Sea Kraken in many cases. They're both top-tier commons, that's for sure. As for Ranked, avoid him unless you have some wacky Rush synergy deck that wants to play him, in which case there are usually still better options.
Luna's Pocket Galaxy and Plot Twist/ Quest Warlock come to mind. If you can kill 2 of these with [Hearthstone Card (Herek the Bat) Not Found] in hand then Batman Warlock becomes almost playable.
Coffin Crasher could cheat this guy out a little early, and its not terrible as a late game option in Midrange Deathrattle Priest. You'd still need an early game though.
Anka, the Buried doesn't save him either. It takes too long to get the combo off, and at that point why aren't you just playing mech paladin with Glowstone Technician instead?
If Blizzard could exponentially increase inventory space for item hoarders in WoW almost every single expansion then I really have to criticize the obstacle of increasing deck slot limits in HS. I may be no coder or game designer but that seems like a giant design oversight to have pigeonholed your future players into 9-18 slots almost as soon as your product has been created.
Hell, Blizzard even increased the default WoW backpack size, which they vehemently argued against for years.
If anything the opposition to more deck slots seems more like a money/server issue, not wanting to lose revenue by storing extra data for hundreds of thousands of customers. Blizzard is very much owned by Acti-Greed after all.
