Ridiculously strong card on its own, but Secret/Control mage needs support right now for this to see play. I don't see this being included in Conjurer Mage, since this is unplayable in a deck that doesn't run secrets. Definitely an inclusion in Wild decks though.
I like it. At the very least, it can bait out removal when you drop it on turn 4, then get value out of it next turn. Playing this on turn 6 could be swingy as well, since 3-drops are well-statted in general and there's no worst-case scenario like summoning a Doomsayer. Getting a King Mukla, Injured Blademaster, Marsh Drake, or even a Nightmare Amalgam would be fantastic.
Diseased Vulture (1): Good 4-drop on its own with a sick effect. Even as a "6 drop" with your hero power to guarantee one proc is a pretty good play. This card will provide some serious value.
Neferset Ritualist (2): Regular 2-drop with a great effect. Healing your minions makes it that your opponent has to spend even more resources to deal with them, generating value for you. Just imagine how many times did Hozen Healer make your life miserable, this is even better.
Anubisath Warbringer (3): The effect is super powerful, but it comes pretty late in the game and playing this minion is a pretty big tempo loss. It just might be worth it in the end, but only time will tell.
Anyone noticed the typo on the "Rockin' with Rafaam" reward? It says at the bottom: "You finished a run with Raffam". Don't know how to insert a screenshot here but i laughed cause normally i don't notice these thing when i'm just out of bed ^^
Since I am a mage fanatic, I see some generally useful combo's with this card: Conjurer's Calling beckons, and [Hearthstone Card (Luna's Pocket Galaxy) Not Found] can be used to play him a bit earlier if you are very lucky of course. Jepetto can be used as well, but then your deck should have not a lot of other minions, or you are not sure you will get this one.
Generally speaking it is a lot of mana and situational (you need to have at least 2 minions in your hand to buff to make it worth the value) and it only happens after the minion dies, so that will be at least one turn later most of the time. But the buff is very good of course, maybe you can combine it with lackey generators or something like that. To combine him with Hork the Bat is interesting, but still a bit slow. At turn 10 a board of 4-4's is not that impressive. If you can play it on an empty bord, sure. But otherwise...most of the time you need to deal with the opponent a lot at that stage.
Well, say you use this, you get all these 1-1's with juicy deathrattles, then you put them on the bord and then...what? Hope your opponent will be so kind to kill them for you? Shiv'em all? Only decent use I see is with a Mecha'thun OTK deck.
Man, the average power of the cards so far is pretty high. Even the neutral 2 drop is solid. Decks and meta are going to be all over the place. Which is fine. :P Also keep in mind that Vivid Nightmare (and Redemption) have decent synergy with Neferset Ritualist. (and Reborn mechanics)
Of course, the deck is just a worse version of Toni and girls (which itself is arguably a worse version of quest giants mage) so there's not really a reason to play this... but then again, there's no reason to play mogu cultist over pogo rogue or countless combo druids either
With all this self damaging getting printed (2 cards so far but one is pretty hefty health cost potentially) will we be getting some warlock healing this set?

New Warlock Minion - Diseased Vulture
This card looks sweet, if there is a 0 mana spell that deal damage to yourself this might be even better

Uldum Card Reveals - Diseased Vulture & Neferset Ritualist
Turn 1 Alleycat, turn 2 Neferset Ritualist on curve. Yeah baby.
New Neutral Minion - Neferset Ritualist
Great with reborn minions that's for sure, bad ress target for priest but paladin seems to be a reborn class so it might see play there.
New Neutral Minion - Anubisath Warbringer

New Warlock Minion - Diseased Vulture
Being overstatted, it likely will have a negative start/end of Turn effect similar to Fel Orc Soulfiend.
New Neutral Minion - Neferset Ritualist
Have to see if they print high health reborn minions, this could be quite good with those
New Rogue Minion - Anka, the Buried
Well, say you use this, you get all these 1-1's with juicy deathrattles, then you put them on the bord and then...what? Hope your opponent will be so kind to kill them for you? Shiv'em all? Only decent use I see is with a Mecha'thun OTK deck.
Uldum Card Reveals - Diseased Vulture & Neferset Ritualist
Considering that Hozen Healer was good in arena and this is half the price for double the effect, i feel this will defo see play there if nowhere else
New Warlock Minion - Diseased Vulture
We can see the vulture summoning a new card in the reveal video, a 3 mana tol'vir 4/5 with ability.
Edit:

Uldum Card Reveals - Diseased Vulture & Neferset Ritualist
^This. You can probably imagine how much easier it is for us too.
New Warlock Minion - Diseased Vulture
Please not, have you forgotten the spellstone yet? And this 1 mana healing spell? Warlock cannot have greater healing.
Uldum Card Reveals - Diseased Vulture & Neferset Ritualist
Neferset Ritualist might be good not only in Combo Priest but also Lucentbark Druid.
New Neutral Minion - Neferset Ritualist
Hozen Healer was decent in Arena, and this has much better stats for the cost and affects two minions.
Not sure if it will see constructed play because it doesn't seem very synergistic, but it is a very good individual card.
Uldum Card Reveals - Diseased Vulture & Neferset Ritualist
Neferset Ritualist will see play. I'm not sure what deck it goes in, but that's a really solid card.
Mogu Cultist OTK Decks
You're overthinking way too hard. Just play old exodia mage and replace Toni and the girls with Mogu Cultist
Of course, the deck is just a worse version of Toni and girls (which itself is arguably a worse version of quest giants mage) so there's not really a reason to play this... but then again, there's no reason to play mogu cultist over pogo rogue or countless combo druids either
New Neutral Minion - Neferset Ritualist
Looks to be a fantastic Arena card considering how good Hozen Healer was.
As far as constructed play, maybe it could see some use in a heal priest deck with Injured Kvaldir and Injured Blademaster?
New Neutral Minion - Neferset Ritualist
Crazy!!!
Diseased Vulture
Vex Crow 2.0
New Warlock Minion - Diseased Vulture
