I've had a hard time finding a fitting effect for this comp. Had the idea to make something Doomsayer-inspired. After some trial and error, this is the result. Don't get me wrong, the flavor is great, but I'm just not sure whether the effect would be any good in practice.
The intentional lose report function is there to keep the rest of the data clean. Consider:
Player X has a bad time in a match and feels, strongly, that their previous opponent did not conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike fashion and needs to be punished by the admins. They look at the report functions to express their displeasure. They feel the match was thrown in a way that caused them harm. If "intentionally lost" is not there, they pick some other function that matches how they feel. This distorts the data on that function. If the button is there, they push it and feel some relief, regardless of the button's efficacy.
The button exists as an emotion sink, allowing people to feel some resolution about a situation that the admins cannot possibly resolve.
The option serves a similar function to the "close door" button of most elevators (protip: those buttons are generally attached to empty shunts with no circuitry and do nothing -- elevator door closing is automatic).
With the added bonus main function of reducing false positives.
It's smart coding.
(And you do not want intentional losing to be penalized. That can of worms has no bottom.)
I bit weird that you should find it irritating, because in my experience encountering a bot while achievement hunting is one of the few ways I got some of the more tedious shit finished up. I even design decks specifically in case I meet up with bots, and at very worse I'll just concede or raise my MMR slightly so I dont get to see them anymore.
To be honest, the way the achievements are being designed, I dont mind meeting up bots in wild, especially very low bronze wild.
Same feeling here, I also welcome bots whilst achievements hunting. It so much easier to complete the ones with absurd requirements. Yes, the waits in-between turns are annoying, but it is ultimately worth the wait.
Early feedback this time, maybe some ideas tomorrow
Moondreamer
Something feels off about the name since the last turn is the rehearsal but the spell is the actual play itself. That said, I like the effect — the draw feels a little tacked on to make it more usable. Also agree with Wailor, it should be 2 mana.
BasilAnguis
A really fun idea, however I can't see any way this can really be balanced so I'd lean towards not submitting it. I think it should be a Legendary though because being able to run multiple of these would be very complex.
R
I like this effect, simple but powerful. I'd suggest making it 2 mana and maybe rewording the text to: 'Battlecry: If you had unspent Mana at the end of your last turn, gain the same amount for this turn only.
Wailor
Living Paradox is a solid card and my favourite out of the 3. I can see this being released for real.
Comission Artist feels underwhelming because multiple Sigils don't tend to get played at once. Their effects are generally lower power as well so it doesn't make sense to me to recast them.
Chromomancer Enrera (should that be Chronomancer?) is interesting, but possibly has a fatal flaw — does it remove itself from the battlefield after being played? As it reads at the moment, I think it would which makes it a 7 mana destroy opponents minions, maybe resurrect some things. Not to say it's bad just feels strange to play a minion and not get it on board.
Demonxz95
Both of these are solid choices. I can see Felwarper Satyr being as powerful as Shardshatter Mystic (possibly stronger as it doesn't consume a resource) so it might need a bump to 4 mana as that card did.
Divining Cartomancer is my favourite of the 2 though. Repeating your draw is quite powerful, but it's reasonably priced at 4 mana. Questline Demon Hunter would love this. Looking on Google a Cartomancer is linked to predicting the future, and since the effect is from last turn maybe Cardsmith would fit better?
Both are actually inspired by sailor moon, and doubtless countless other magical girl moments in western media. That's hardly plagiarizing on blizz's part.
Tyrande always had a bow, up until the whole Night Warrior story where she has a different one. I stopped playing WoW forever ago so I don't know the details of the whole night warrior thing.
Its more related to win trading, something higher legend players tend to do to boost up their friend's ranks. Back in the old days where tournament invitations were granted based on legend rank, its not unusual for something like this to happen.
But it'll take for a very specific brand of maliciousness to report a player for 'intentionally' losing.
A bit weird that you should find it irritating, because in my experience encountering a bot while achievement hunting is one of the few ways I got some of the more tedious shit finished up. I like this card, but balancing it is quite hard. I feel like it should be more expensive (with buffed stats), but then again, powerlevel has risen a lot since I used to play, so I'm not sure.
Beyond this, I'm not sure the teacher flavor makes sense. Maybe I'd call him something referencing his boomerang, dunno.
Demonxz95
My favorite of these two is Divining Cartomancer. In fact, it's probably my second favorite card of all posted so far. My only gripe is the name, but for other reasons: a cartomancer sees the future, while this card's effect is based on the past. I'd go for a croupier or card magician related name, which I think make more sense and also fit the artwork you picked, which is pretty sick.
Felwarper Satyr isn't bad and could easily be printed in the future, but it's too basic for my taste.
R
I could easily see this winning.
Not sure if it's a bit OP, though. Maybe it should only refresh Mana, instead of gaining it. Dunno, wait to see what others think about this.
About the artwork, I think it's a fine Naga art, but the flavor doesn't seem connected to the effect. I'd probably go with some Arcane Druid art, which can be found easily on Google.
BasilAnguis
Pretty interesting concept. I see this doing well, but not winning, unfortunately. It's one of those meme cards that is very cool unless it's good, in which case it breaks the game xD
Moondreamer
The flavor is a bit weird but kinda works. I'd drop the "The" on the name (just Rehersal).
I'd also rise the cost to 2. 1 Mana draws are very dangerous because they give a lot of consistency to your deck. Im fact, this would probably be run by decks that don't have EoT effects.
My initial proposal for this week. I quite like the concept of last turn being a rehearsal before the actual play, with the play being represented by the turn in which you cast this card and do something cool with it. Shaman because it has some cool end-of-turn effects (Totems!) and is, more broadly, the repeat this effect class (or at least, that's how they feel to me).
I'll post some feedback when I feel like it, maybe when there's more cards. Sad to see the season ending, hopefully the wait for the next one isn't too long, I was starting to enjoy this weekly brain exercise. :(
I'm no card designer (I can envision plenty of use for your Mechanization in my decks), but I wish for you a path through the survival times. Life has seasons, and I hope you will soon find your way to a better one.
Thanks for the heads up! I´ve stopped at task 6 thinking I have plenty time left to complete it. Thanks to you (and our precious O.G. with guides) I was able to finish it all just in time. Yay! :D
Wow, I'm so sorry to hear that... Depression and similar stuff is really hard to deal with, but it can be done. I recommend seeking the help of a professional, it really helped me when I was dealing with anxiety and impostor syndrome back when I started working.
Speaking of impostor syndrome, I don't think your creativity is gone. I mean, you've been killing almost every comp you've participated in this last season. I don't want this comment to come off as frivolous, I know you're dealing with much more heavy stuff right now. I just wanted to point out that we usually perceive ourselves in a much more negative light than people around us.
I really hope you manage to feel alright as soon as your emotions allow you. I also hope to see you around if you ever feel like it. And if you don't, it has been a pleasure sharing this hobby with you and I wish you luck in all facets your life :)
Having a card stolen from your hand and then used to kill you feels incredibly bad so I would be happy if Theotar was changed to discard the 2 cards instead of swapping them. It would weaken the card significantly and focus it purely on disruption.
Mutanus was effective disruption when a win condition needed multiple minions, such as Kazakusan or the Captain Galvangar otk. Even if Mutanus didn't eat the critical minion it could still delay them or reduce their maximum potential damage. This would affect deck-building and how people played games. Nobody is scared of Mutanus any more.
Specifically to dapperdog above: The problem of 'OP singular cards' has existed for a while, and before Murder at Castle Nathria games would be won and lost by when certain cards were drawn - eg Wildheart Guff.
Welcome to Medivh's Tower Format! Tower is a format in which there is no RNG other than when a player draws from their deck. This means no Discover, Copy, Random, or other words that can do something non-specific. Below is the ban list (which I'm not going to update regularly once this is posted) for players to build their decks around.
This Format is a sub-format of Standard AND Wild.
The goal of the Format is to cut down on "Paveling Book" scenarios and to rely purely on skill and deckbuilding, and in order to do that certain Key Words, Words, and cards must be banned.
Banned Words & Key words:
Discover Adapt Random or "At the end/beginning of turn do X to another enemy/friendly character". Copy Numbers that aren't exact, i.e. "1-4" "3-6" as opposed to just "2". 50% Chance
Below I've listed out each each expansion which contains a list of cards that are banned from each class including neutral cards. At the bottom of each expansion is a Debatable section where I explain why or why I didn't ban a particular card and the reasoning. Below that I give my thoughts on the impact the cards currently make in the Standard and Wild Formats.

Some of you may say Dr. Boom doesn't meet the criteria to be banned, but his Boom Bot's do damage to a RANDOM target, so there you go.
With Spare Parts being introduced with Goblins vs Gnomes, cards that produce the Spare parts had to be removed from the Format. As for the Dr. Boom ban, the format is trying to reduce the amount of RNG in a game of Hearthstone and the Boom Bot's are getting in the way of that. Wild Pirate Warrior also takes a hit by losing Ship's Cannon but this isn't the only card loss that'll cripple the deck. oooooh foreshadowing!

The most iconic thing that is random from Whispers of The Old Gods is of course, Yogg-Saron, Hope's End and there really is no question as to why he's banned. It was and still is my favorite set. Other cards on this list weren't very impactful. Some of you might ask "If C'Thun is banned then why isn't *C'Thun support card banned?", and that's because they don't meet the ban criteria.
Many of the cards banned from One Night in Karazhan are the portals, some of them saw play in their time in standard, others didn't. It was a fun Adventure Set and makes me wish Team 5 would bring the weekly addition of cards back. Barnes plagued the meta for years before Team 5 acted on it, but now Big/Rez Priest has better tools to cheat out big minions…….for now.

Gadgetzan brought us Drakonid Operative which allowed Control Priest to dominate the meta for a time. Looking at the list above, the classes most affected all belong to the Grimy Goons since most of their hand buffing targets were random. Shudder-Shaman also takes a hit by losing doppelgangster but, it doesn't matter and you'll soon see why.
With the new Keyword Adapt, Journey to Un'Goro already gives us several cards to be removed from the format, but still left us with with one of the most memorable expansions of all time.

Chameleos because it's transforming into a copy of a card in your opponents hand.
Flark's Boom-Zooka doesn't really specify which enemy minions which to me leads to randomness, if someone can give me some solid reasoning as to why this shouldn't be banned I'm all ears.
Kangor's Endless Army almostr made the list but it stays (barely) legal. If someone can provide reasoning as to why it should be banned I'll consider it, but I'll have to take another look at cards like Bloodreaver Gul'dan.
Test Subject gets banned because the cards generated are arguable copies.
Academic Espionage becauase it's shuffling copies of cards into your deck.
Supercollider is banned because the minion is randomly chosen if there's more than one adjacent.
Mage losing Khadgar, Conjurer's Calling, and Power of Creation ruins any dreams of summoning big minions out of nowhere. The combo itself is the reason why I came up with this Format………… three years ago. Control Priest losing Convincing Infiltrator is another big hit to the deck.

RIP Spooky Mage, the Volatile Skeleton's themselves ruin any chance of the deck existing and destroys the entire mage package this expansion. The same can almost also be said for Wildseed Hunter with it losing most of its package as well. The most notable loss of this expanion is the loss of Sire Denathrius, now players will have to think a bit harder when it comes to ending a game.

There're a lot of close call cards that didn't make it onto the list and I'm not sure if I made the right call on not banning them. This is one of 6 formats that will be presented in a Hearthstone Format Overhaul I'm working on.
I'm hoping this cleans up all the bots in Classic. You can count on encountering one or two dozens of bots during the course of a month, especially in the latter half. They're always playing aggro decks (zoolock mainly, sometimes face hunter) and making nonsensical plays (playing minions when a Doomsayer is on board, attacking but not killing a Doomsayer, having their Elven Archer hit their hero, etc.)
I was reporting them using the [email protected] address up to now -- with supporting screenshots --, but this is much easier!
Hey mate, I'm sorry to find you in such a dark place. My Hearthstone time has gone way down during the last months and I'm not the guy to take over your project, but if I can be of any other help, please let me know. Even if I'm lucky enough not to have any personal experience with what you're dealing with, let me know if you need someone to talk to. Chances are we're living in the same corner of the world as well, I think I saw something in your text that hints at a fellow country - person.
Anyway, I wish you all the best. Don't forget that you're doing great even when you're at your worst. Every little effort is appreciated and worth it. And like linkblade said, please accept help whenever it's possible. Sending a virtual hug, if you want one <3

The intentional lose report function is there to keep the rest of the data clean. Consider:

Wow, This is really a blatant rip-off of Star Guardian skins from League and Runeterra lmao. Blizzard has no shame.
Two New Anime-Inspired Skin Bundles Have Arrived to Hearthstone's Shop
Does the Tyrande skin looke low resolution to anyone else? It's really awkward

I don't get it, why give the Priest a bow?
One Last Turn - Card Design Competition Discussion Thread
Feedback:
Beyond this, I'm not sure the teacher flavor makes sense. Maybe I'd call him something referencing his boomerang, dunno.
Felwarper Satyr isn't bad and could easily be printed in the future, but it's too basic for my taste.
I'd also rise the cost to 2. 1 Mana draws are very dangerous because they give a lot of consistency to your deck. Im fact, this would probably be run by decks that don't have EoT effects.
One Last Turn - Card Design Competition Discussion Thread
My initial proposal for this week. I quite like the concept of last turn being a rehearsal before the actual play, with the play being represented by the turn in which you cast this card and do something cool with it. Shaman because it has some cool end-of-turn effects (Totems!) and is, more broadly, the repeat this effect class (or at least, that's how they feel to me).
I'll post some feedback when I feel like it, maybe when there's more cards. Sad to see the season ending, hopefully the wait for the next one isn't too long, I was starting to enjoy this weekly brain exercise. :(
Fellow card designers, I have a request.
I'm no card designer (I can envision plenty of use for your Mechanization in my decks), but I wish for you a path through the survival times. Life has seasons, and I hope you will soon find your way to a better one.
Special Limited-Time C'thun Event for Hearthstone Mercenaries Is Now Under Way - The Final Old God Emerges
Thanks for the heads up! I´ve stopped at task 6 thinking I have plenty time left to complete it. Thanks to you (and our precious O.G. with guides) I was able to finish it all just in time. Yay! :D
Fellow card designers, I have a request.
Mutanus vs Theotar: opinion on combo disruption
Having a card stolen from your hand and then used to kill you feels incredibly bad so I would be happy if Theotar was changed to discard the 2 cards instead of swapping them. It would weaken the card significantly and focus it purely on disruption.
Mutanus was effective disruption when a win condition needed multiple minions, such as Kazakusan or the Captain Galvangar otk. Even if Mutanus didn't eat the critical minion it could still delay them or reduce their maximum potential damage. This would affect deck-building and how people played games. Nobody is scared of Mutanus any more.
I think we need strong disruption to make games more interactive. Currently the meta is dominated by one-card win conditions, high rolls, and aggro druid. Mutanus does nothing against Balinda Stonehearth or Razorfen Beastmaster into Kryxis the Voracious. It is also useless against Magister Dawngrasp and Defend the Dwarven District.
Specifically to dapperdog above: The problem of 'OP singular cards' has existed for a while, and before Murder at Castle Nathria games would be won and lost by when certain cards were drawn - eg Wildheart Guff.
Tower, A Custom Hearthstone Format.
Discover
Adapt
Random or "At the end/beginning of turn do X to another enemy/friendly character".
Copy
Numbers that aren't exact, i.e.
Legacy
Demon Hunter
Druid
None
Hunter
Mage
Paladin
Priest
Rogue
Shaman
Warlock
Warrior
Neutral
Debatable

Now many of those from the Legacy sets don't see play anyway, but as we go on you'll see how much RNG affects today's Hearthstone.
Curse of Naxxramas
Demon Hunter

Druid

Hunter
Mage
Paladin
Priest
Rogue
Shaman
None
Warlock
Warrior
None
Neutral
Debatable

So with Curse of Naxxramas we see that RNG is pretty steady and not entirely crazy. Voidcaller is a staple in Demon-lock in Wild, I wonder how the meta will develop without Warlock being able to cheat out big Demons.
Goblins vs Gnomes
Demon Hunter
None
Druid
Hunter
Mage
Paladin
Priest
Rogue
Shaman
Warlock
Warrior

Debatable
Blackrock Mountain

Grim Patron could be argued because the card doesn't explicitly say to summon a copy, if you think it shouldn't be banned explain why please.
Majordomo Executus does get banned because of the hero power he produces. Grim Patron is still in the air for me but I banned him just to be safe. The most notable loss is Big/Rez Priest losing Resurrect.
The Grand Tournament
Demon Hunter
None
Druid
Hunter
Mage
Paladin
Priest
Rogue
Shaman
Warlock
Warrior
None
Neutral
Debatable
None
Although The Grand Tournament was one of the worst Expansions in Hearthstone's history, it still gave us some powerful Inspire cards with RNG effects. One of those being Nexus-Champion Saraad, but still, none of these cards see play in Wild (at least I never see them).
The League of Explorers
Demon Hunter
None
Druid
Hunter
Mage
Paladin
None
Priest
Rogue
None
Shaman
Warlock
Warrior
None
Neutral
Debatable
None
With League of Explorers, came with the keyword Discover and with that, Discover is a banned Keyword. Every card with that Keyword will be banned from this point on a lot of staple cards and even decks aren't possible with these restrictions.
Whispers of The Old Gods
Demon Hunter
None
Druid
None
Hunter
Mage
Paladin
Priest
Rogue
Shaman
Warlock
Warrior
Neutral
Debatable
None
The most iconic thing that is random from Whispers of The Old Gods is of course, Yogg-Saron, Hope's End and there really is no question as to why he's banned. It was and still is my favorite set. Other cards on this list weren't very impactful. Some of you might ask "If C'Thun is banned then why isn't *C'Thun support card banned?", and that's because they don't meet the ban criteria.
One night in Karazhan

Medivh, the Guardian gets banned because of Atiesh if you were confused.
Mean Streets of Gadgetzan

Tri-class cards

Gadgetzan brought us Drakonid Operative which allowed Control Priest to dominate the meta for a time. Looking at the list above, the classes most affected all belong to the Grimy Goons since most of their hand buffing targets were random. Shudder-Shaman also takes a hit by losing doppelgangster but, it doesn't matter and you'll soon see why.
Journey to Un'Goro
Demon Hunter

Fire Plume's Heart - Because of the hero power created by Sulfuras.
Molten Blade is inherently random without saying it.
The Last Kaleidosaur - Banned because Galvadon Adapts, which is banned.
Unite the Murlocs - Because of Megafin's Battlecry.
With the new Keyword Adapt, Journey to Un'Goro already gives us several cards to be removed from the format, but still left us with with one of the most memorable expansions of all time.

Uther of the Ebon Blade, I'm really on the fence because it's random which Horseman he summons from his Hero Power. For now though he'll stay legal.
Valeera the Hollow is banned because the card generated from her Hero Power.
Big/Rez Priest takes a big hit here losing Obsidian Statue and Eternal Servitude. With Deathstalker Rexxar out of the legal pool I wonder, at this point, what decks Hunter can come up with.
Kobolds and Catacombs

The Unidentified cards are banned because the effect they gain is inherently random.
Lynessa Sunsorrow because without saying it she's casting copies on herself.
Rummaging Kobold is banned beacuse random can be implied.
I considered banning Recruit but it's not entirely random. If a case is made to me that pulling cards from your deck is random, then recruit along with other cards like Mad Scientist, Arcanologist, and Mysterious Challenger might also have to be banned.
The Witchwood

Prince Liam makes the list because random is Implied.
Chameleos because it's transforming into a copy of a card in your opponents hand.
Hagatha the Witch gets banned because of her Hero Power.
Hadronox Druid takes a hit here losing Witching Hour and to the surprise of absolutely no one Shudderwock is banned.

Mech-Warrior takes a huge blow by losing Dr. Boom, Mad Genius and Deathrattle Rogue losing Necrium Blade.
Rastakhan's Rumble

Krag'wa, the Frog is banned because the spells added to your hand are effectively copies.

Catrina Muerte & Mass Resurrection because random is implied.
Heistbaron Togwaggle because one of his options has 'random" in the text.

Making Mummies is banned because the Hero Power has the word "copy" in it.
Desert Hare is banned because its Battlecry summons two copies of itself.
The biggest notable loss here is Zephrys the Great, not that he was absolutely needed for every Highlander deck but being able to find the right answer for two mana definitely swung a lot of matches.
Descent of Dragons
Demon Hunter

Hoard Pillager is on the list because the weapon you re-equip is random, if you want to make an argument against my thinking go ahead and I might take it off the ban list.
Some of you might point out that not all the Galakronds are banned, but that's because their invokes aren't a random effect.
Pirate warrior takes another hit losing Sky Raider. Highlander takes another hit by losing Dragonqueen Alexstrasza

Zixor, Apex Predator makes the list because of Zixor Prime's copy effect.

Yogg-Saron, Master of Fate does not get a break in this Format and followers shouldn't either! Nazmani Bloodweaver enabes Priest to do some ridiculous things and thankfully because of the text on the card it's banned. With Idol of Y'Shaarj and [Hearthstone Card (Blood of G'hunn) Not Found] banned I think we've put the final nails in Big/Rez Priest's coffin.

Gruntled Patron is bed because it's essentially summoning a copy of itself.
Warlock takes a hit by losing the Powerful Tamsin Roame. The most notable loss is Mutanus the Devourer, a powerful control tool that eats a random minion in your opponent's hand.

Magister Dawngrasp is banned because the battlecry could possibly target a random character.
A case could be made for Mi'da, Pure Light because it's technically summoning a copy of itself If we agree on that then Waxadred will be banned as well.
Bru'kan of the Elements comes close to being banned but none of his Choices or Hero Powers state the word "Random". It could be argued that the rotation of the Hero Power is random on it's own, but so is base Shaman Hero Power.
Irondeep Trogg is banned for the same reason as most of the Patron's
Hunter losing [Hearthstone Card (Beatstalker Tavish) Not Found] is absolutely devastating, the same goes for mage losing Magister Dawngrasp and Rune of the Archmage.
Voyage to the Sunken City
Demon Hunter
Druid

Azsharan Defector is banned because of the token it generates Sunken Defector.
A case could be made for Bottomfeeder since it's essentially putting a copy of itself back into the deck, I'll let you all be the judge.
Commander Sivara is banned becuase it's adding copies of spells to your hand.
Azsharan Mooncatcher is banned because of Sunken Mooncatcher.
The biggest losses here are Ambassador Faelin because of his late game capabilities and School Teacher who is an all around good card. Mech Mage loses Mothership but since Nathria launched it hasn't been viable anyway.
Murder at Castle Nathria
Demon Hunter
Druid
Hunter
Mage
Paladin
Priest
Rogue
Shaman
Warlock
Warrior

Baroness Vashj is banned because it summons a random minion that it would have transformed into.
Lady Darkvein makes it onto the list because of the tokens, if the spell gained is for example Darkbomb, then it will hit a random enemy.
Murloc Holmes is banned because you're gaining copies of cards.
Sire Denathrius is banned because he effectively works like C'Thun
RIP Spooky Mage, the Volatile Skeleton's themselves ruin any chance of the deck existing and destroys the entire mage package this expansion. The same can almost also be said for Wildseed Hunter with it losing most of its package as well. The most notable loss of this expanion is the loss of Sire Denathrius, now players will have to think a bit harder when it comes to ending a game.
If I missed any cards that should be banned or if you think certain cards please let me know below, I did numerous passovers on the list and I'm sure I've missed at least one card. There're a lot of close call cards that didn't make it onto the list and I'm not sure if I made the right call on not banning them. If you believe that some should/should not be on the list please let me know. With your comments I'll be putting them into the Debatable sections of each expansion so others can reasonings as to why or why not a card is banned.
This is one of 6 formats that will be presented in a Hearthstone Format Overhaul I'm working on.
Thank you for reading.

A Closer Look at Hearthstone's New In-Game Reporting Feature - Developer Insights and Other Details
Fellow card designers, I have a request.
