Absolutely man! I’m in the exact same boat. However, we’re pretty safe to craft strongcards from the newer sets that we know will remain in Standard. Most recent was another “Experimental Frenzy”, since for sure there will an updated mono-red aggro that will use it!
Superficially, yes it's kinda similar to Quest Rogue and Jade Druid in that you cheat out big 1 mana minions, but it plays very differently. Pogos are the win condition but I'd argue that the meat of the deck is Shark + lackeys, whereas with QRogue and especially jades, the game plan was significantly more linear and all-in on the quest or jades respectively.
I don't consider the deck to be a problem, not even for control decks. Just tech in a silence, put some pressure on the rogue.

Congrats indeed, I only ever reached Legend simply for the card back and to say that i'd done it, personally right now I would never attempt it again because of how grindy it is and the end of season rewards is only 40-50 dust more than rank 5, which is why most months I go rank 5 and no further because it's just not worth it, but well done for achieving it, good job. :)
Well from what it seems atm they aren't really on the ball with any updates or anything yet, it's been nearly 2 days since all the mike donais news that Flux posted here and hearthpwn still hasn't even got an announcement thread for it yet, not even a little bit of info to let the players know what's in the pipeline and from what I can see so far Out of Cards is already more active in the threads now so keep up the good work Flux and co.
It looks to feast on the plethora of Warriors and Mages. I would say it's better against Warrior than your standard bomb hunter but slightly worse against Mage. A few spots are unsettled, IMO.
Galvanizer is nice so that you don't have to wait until turn 6 to play Mechanical Whelp, but I could see playing something else in it's place. And Replicating Menace isn't the world's greatest card, but it's nice to be able to have a sticky board for various magnetic effects and to be able to go wide against Druid.
I think Tracking should probably be in here too, since we aren't looking to play the long game against anyone except warrior.
That's unfortunate about the scammers. We did have a script to help stop most of them from posting but as we have left Hearthpwn the script had to come with. Currently though that will help keep them away from this site for now, and hopefully soon we will have our planned system in place which will involve sign-in to battle.net to use, and scammers will be easy to shut down.
The site's coming on fabulously. One minor annoyance that would make a fair amount of different to the User Forum Experience would be to have a Return to Top of Page link and / or a breadcrumb for the bottom of the page.
This is most noticeable on thread pages with many posts as it is quite aggravating having to continually scroll to the top of the page when wanting to return to the main thread list etc.
I noticed that there isn't really much if anything in the card set pages related to the adventures and was wondering if we could get something dedicated to them. Part of the reason I'd like this is so there is a place where we could have the basic story of each adventure laid out and screenshots of the little things that only pop up once, such as the introduction and the final "you won" screen. I personally would like such things on this site so I don't have to keep large folders on my computer filled with these screenshots so I can look at them again, lol. I'm sure there are many other great things related to the adventures that would fit there as well, but that aspect is what's on my mind atm.
do you really want them to make a 1 mana 4/4 that can save your opponent 2 mana at most for just one turn? that would be broken. but I would love to see them make millhouse or lorewalker cho viable. I want to play them soo much but I can't because these cards are just so bad. its not that they don't help your deck, but they actively destroy you. they really need to be re-worked
It's a shame what's going on on Hearthpwn now, the amount of scammers on the gold quest thread is just ridiculous. Also the time for news update is not really on par with this, not to sound critical I think the new team doesn't have what it takes to keep the level when Flux and others were there. Glad to see that Flux started another project and from now on this is the one I will be using.

Mech Hunter in standard after rotation?
FWIW, this has been working pretty great for me over the last two days thanks to the impact Masters' Tour Vegas has had on the metagame.
