Visit the Out of Cards Card Back Gallery!

Due to HearthPwn shutting down soon, I have moved this guide here on this forum. Out of Cards does not seem to have a Hearthstone Card Back Gallery Page or Guide that I can find on their website. I hope the Admins at Out of Cards will see this post but for now I hope this will help you all on how to get any missing card back in your collection. I do keep this link updated whenever a new card back is revealed. Below is the original post from HearthPwn...

(I don't know why HearthPwn haven't been updating their Card Back Gallery page.)

But if anyone is interested in seeing the "ENTIRE CARD BACK SET" and how to get them, I have a personal collection that everyone can look at, on GoogleDrive, at the following link...

    https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zyiCo83uYzkPA8m6qGQfhFBXLyzGKieN_35HC-zxUDo

Some are not as rendered as good as HearthPwn does it but the whole card back collection is there, I keep this link up to date.

Entire Card Back Set - Last Updated: June 3rd, 2019

Currently there are 118 card backs ever revealed. The document has a blue number on top of each card back representing the order of when the card back was announced (not the order it was added to the game), then card back image, then name of the card back, then how to get the card back, then the card back flavor text and then lastly if the card back can still be obtainable or not.

Also send an in-game friend request if you like too, my battle tag ID will show up on top. I'm a big card back collector but I'm also a casual player so I do not have every card back because I get stuck at curtain game modes/adventures or has never been to any official Blizzard esport events.

I only have bad behaviors towards those who behave badly towards me

    • If you rope me every turn, I will do it back.  I am not a serious player trying to grind legend every month and typically play while also watching a movie or show.  So I can take as much time as you want to waste in a single game.
    • If someone spams things like "Well Played" on turn 2 or something similar I will usually not emote back, maybe even squelch.  But if I end up winning that game I will spam emotes right back to them right before I make the winning play.

As for netdecking, which many people are mentioning here, I don't mind it at all.  I sometimes build my own decks from scratch, other times I pull an existing list and try to adjust it to the desired win condition/combo.  And sometimes I just pull a list straight off of community page like this one.  A lot of people who play this game don't have the recognition of potential synergies needed to be a great deck builder, which is fine!  Even if you are playing a deck you didn't build you still need to know how to pilot it well to be successful (unless you're playing a high-rolling deck like Big Priest).

    • I occasionally play Big Priest in Wild because sometimes I just want to farm gold!  But I have typically played my own version which is less high roll, and more about the memes with  win condition of 2 to 4 Ragnaros the Firelord and a Drakkari Enchanter to just watch a second Cataclysm rain down on my opponent's board and face!  I typically pull it off with 2 or 3, but in one glorious instance I had 4 Rags and the Enchanter for a huge eight random 8 damage blasts!  Built this deck around the last Fire Festival (the one Ragnaros had, not the con artist music festival a few years ago).

Do you play BP in casual or ranked?

Update is in Amazon since about 2 hours.

  • Lei Shen skin!! OMG!!

He really is nice looking. I wish they would do something for Warrior at some point.

Ummmm if you havent seen them already, search for Hearthstone: Trump's Basic Teachings. Its a really nice intro to the basic mechanics and stuff of hearthstone

Thanks. Is there also a text based source you can recommend?

  • Just came here from Hearthpwn

Same. I'm mainly here for the 80 Quest Trading. Hopefully it gets carried over from HearthPwn.

So, we'll probably setup a temporary thread for it but we are going to build out a custom system for it since its so popular. Goal is to have reputation involved and any scammers end up permanently battle tag banned from it. There was still a small chance of scammers being seen on HearthPwn, no more once the system is in place here.

That sounds awesome, looking forward to it :-)

  • Do you pay for HSREPLAY Premium access?

I considered it several times already but I think paying for the expansions is already enough money for me.

  • How would you design Dalaran Heist (if you are a developer)

    - first of all, I would not make all heroes playable on the evil side... anything else makes no real sense to me

    - I would make the battlefields more interactive: Something like "fog" which prevents targeting, Something like poisonous gas which reduces health of minions and heroes by 1 each round, or something like the banks guardians which are beeing freed on turn 9 and bring you big trouble..

    - Some story to actually discover throughout the chapter or in between of the runs

    - more different runs (at the moment every chapter feels more or less the same)

    Quote From RandomGuy

I wonder if he should have gone deeper on Extra Arms and run Crystalizer, ditching some of the "too cute" stuff like Zerek and power word: replicate.

It has natural predators in Sap and Hex, and with the current state of mechs in the game, I think those counters are going to be pretty prevalent.

    i mean

the archmage PW replicate combo is pretty sick and wins you games, and zerek fucks with warrior removal like brawl if you get more than 1

but maybe, the deck is still in sorta experimental stage

  • Confess!

I have an easy solution for players that rope ... I surf the internet. I never let it bother me, I just use the time to do other things while I'm playing.

  • Basics of Hearthstone

    Hey guys,

for a few days (almost two weeks now), I started playing Hearthstone actively. However, I am kind of confused by the amount of archetypes for decks.

So far I managed to achieve rank 8 by using some deck I found online (Token Druid). I'd love to be able to create my own decks and understand some of the basics of the game. Anyone here that could recommend me a source to catch up on all required information?

    Cheers

The extra arms buff is really really good, just a better blessing of kings in pretty much every way, vargoth is great in priest imo. Zerek can probably be cut without it effecting the deck too much but i think its a really nice sticky value card.

Its probably going to continue to be good, but not great and I reckon will probably stick at t2 as i think it doesnt have great matchups for aggro and control shaman

yes it wont be top tier, but it will be tier 2 which is just fine imo

zerek is a good card against warrior i'd say so if there are alot of them you should keep it

he did manage to beat some murloc shamans, i dont remember if he actually lost to a shaman, most losses were against hunter and rouge, with like perfect edwin plays and misslelaucher poisonous from mech hunter

Brian Kibler: Making fun decks look viable until you run into that netdecked hyper aggro garbage people NOT in legend generally run.

/was using Kibler's Undertakah priest deck from last week; Dekster modified it with his wall priest cards replacing some low mana cards, but still said it wasn't great against aggro. Haven't tried the latter since the patch.

he wasn't in legend at the time, he was rank 5, sea giant, and he won against handful of hunter and rouge

  • Innkeeper [Deck Tracking + Individual Dust Price]

Thanks for keeping me up to date guys!

  • Netdecking and the real problem it brings

If you don't want to net deck, play wild. There are so many possible combination of cards that you can really play your own version of every archetype. Yes, even big priest.

I personally almost never copy a list from the net. For me, the pleasure of this game is deckbuilding more then everything. I get bored easy, so for me HS is build a deck, see if it runs, repeat.

I will never go to legend with this mindset, but whatever :P

  • Let's discuss Pogo Rogue, post buff patch - what are your ideas?

First game was a win against a cyclone mage. Drew the bunny very late but boy if you manage to have a shark AND a carpet on board when you’re ready to go this becomes a monster! Early game was already pretty good with lackeys but this... could be quite broken if it can be pulled off consistently.

(Sorry, I’m just hyped after the first game

Seems like a lot of shaman get to be kings.

  • Let's discuss Pogo Rogue, post buff patch - what are your ideas?

I think that there isn't enough draw for this deck to be good at all. Compare it to Jade Druid: both have a card that can go infinite and summon always bigger dude, but A) jade idol is a one card, while pogo hopper need a lot of external support in bouncer/shuffler B) Druid draw card were extremely good, while rogue is not

You should find a way to cycle fast into your deck to draw lots of pogo-hopper first, then focus on the other problem.

We are in rogue: did somebody said miracle?

  • Any Other Single Class Players?

Not really single class, but I play 80% of my games as mage.  I played a lot of Warlock last rotation, mainly because how Evenlock played but also because I tried to rush ranks with Zoolock. I play Hunter whenever I feel like, I almost never touch other classes, though I have at least one tier 2/1 deck for each so I can complete dailies when I must.

  • Any Other Single Class Players?

Well for most of the past year, thanks to garbage aggro decks like odd paladin, I played nothing but Big Spell Mage because I couldn't enjoy other control decks in matchmaker.

Also might be how I got my highest ranks in ladder by just being a buzzsaw to that boring crap.

I leveled up back in the day just playing Thief Priest in wild because I had nothing but Naxx cards when I returned after a year or so away from Hearthstone. And while tough, it was fun going the distance and getting wins here and there with nothing against with Control Paladins, Reno Warlocks and Control Warriors. Hyper aggro crap and token shaman/druid pretty much killed the concept though, and another reason why I despise aggro.

Currently playing Control and Big Shaman decks, control and bomb warrior, and whatever priest experiment pops up (Kibler and Dekster might have something with their Undertakah decks).

  • Let's discuss Pogo Rogue, post buff patch - what are your ideas?

    Quote From EpicPigeon

I feel like pogo rogue will become better when people can run pogos without it being a pogo centred deck. Most rogue decks are running a decent amount of bounce and honestly i feel it might be best to try and slot in pogos into some of them, instead of making a pogo only deck

Can you imagine how insane Storm Chaser would be in this deck?
