I think what they should do is make it so he only heals the nexus 1 for every death. Not drain. That way it tones him down and makes for phantom prankster to become a viable option. Like if you are looking to push out burn damage you would pick Prankster. But if you need more sustain through healing you would pick the collector.
As of right now the collector does both so why would you ever pick the prankster?

The effective answers to this combo are quiet rare (frostbite?).. Why is my enemy able to spawn a 6 mana 14/14 with overwhelm again?
Either They Who Endure should NOT have Overwhelm (cause a 6 mana XX/XX it's good enough on its own, it doesn't need overwhelm on top of that) , or the mana costs should be tweaked so that you cannot play it along side Atrocity on the same turn. I rather have the first one.

Hey so I thought it would be fun to run through a single game vs tempo yoink and outline every card that was stolen and the role it played in winning the game for the opponent, and how their absence of said cards would have resulted in a loss. Keep in mind yoinked cards are not revealed so I have to assume they can be playing any card from my deck so that doubles the number of variables to play around than your average game.
1. A harsh winds is stolen, nullifying an attack to kill a sejuani
2. A glimpse is stolen to nullify a vengence targeting a sejuani and drawing the opponent 2
3. A buffed hearth guard is stolen, buffing my opponent entire deck and providing a 6/6 body
4. A buffed sentry is stolen providing the opponent 1 draw and a 4/3 body for 2
5. A babbling berg is stolen tutoring for a sejuani
The plays made by the opponent were rather low impact relative to the card advantage and control answers provided by my own deck
So I look forward to the get good scrub, dark souls logic, but in those games you don't get your sword stolen only for the boss to stab you with it.

This is the great thing about Legends Of Runterra, things are so balanced that you can play off meta lists and still do well.

Once some time ago some person mentioned somewhere that Totems might become a tribe in Battlegrounds one day. The thought really excited me so for the past few hours I have been theorizing what it might look like.
Totems by themselves generally don't do too much. They are inanimate objects after all. Totems have higher Health and lower Attack than the average minion, and most of them have some other ability to make them relevant in combat. They do take some time to get going as all of their most powerful synergy cards are in tiers 5 and 6, but they have a lot of potential.

I’m having a hard time figuring out the rules behind negating attacks through sacrificing your own cards. For example, I was blocking a card with a 2/1, and transfusioned it to buff up another defender. I thought it would leave behind that little shell to signify that the attack would be negated, but it didn’t. IIRC, other sacrifice mechanics work just fine, like kill an ally to draw 2. Is there a general rule of thumb to preventing attacks through sacrifice? Does it have to be a non-burst speed? Can it not be dmg dealing cards, like transfusion, but must kill it instead?

I thought I'd take the time to outline the optimal way to grow your card collection in Legends Of Runterra without spending a cent.
So you can get the most out of your first month playing the game.
Tip 1 - Week 1 Rewards
The only thing you need to know here is that you get two copies of Ash, two copies of Zed, two copies of elise and jinx for free therefore you are heavily encouraged to craft other champions than these because you'll naturally get your 3rd copy in weekly vaults, and region rewards.
Tip 2 - Region Rewards
At first you are going to want to level each region to 12 using the 1.5 xp boost. Then you want to stick to 1 region and level it to 23 which is when you unlock your last champion capsule. Doing this you should be able to have every region leveled up half way, and 3 regions level to max in a month.
Tip 3 - Optimizing XP Gains Vs Time
Your average day will involve finishing your quests you have piled up, getting your pvp xp boosts for 1 or 2 games, if you haven't hit your desired region reward by that point, finish the tutorials or just afk grind loss xp, multitask while you just concede this will net you fast rewards.
Tip 4 - Save Your Dust
In legends champions are king, you'll be swimming in wildcards of every other rarity in no time so make sure that you are saving up 3000 shards for that free champion once a week, on top of your weekly vault and lucky upgrades you could have up to 5 champion cards in a single day.
Tip 5 - Have Fun
The key to being successful at free to play is understanding that you need to bide your time before making your ranked climbs especially if you refuse to net deck, I got to be a diamond player in arena using this mindset, so patience is key. Just have fun before you pick a list to try hard with.

Most of the time if you throw back a few cards its fine but when you are throwing back just one card the system fudges up. The chances are insanely high that you will end up getting the exact same card back if you only muligan one away. Ov…

The chances are insanely high that you will end up getting the exact same card back if you only muligan one away. Over many many games I have tested it and like close to 80% of the time you get the same exact card back. Unless of course you only have the one. But if you have two there is a good chance you will get it back. If you have 3 its damn near a guaranty. If you have three don't even bother trying to muligan it.
Oh and if it does get you something different you can bet that card will pop back up within the next one or two draws anyway.

Swim gave some advice on one of his streams which sounds like good advice, but I'm unsure how to use it properly. He said; in the lower tiers like plat and below the game is about getting the most value out of your cards. Like attacking when you have a good opening, but in the higher ranks value starts taking a back seat to probability. For example; there is an opening you can use to deal some good damage to the enemy. Now you have to ask yourself; what is the probability he has something in hand that could either stop it or put you at a disadvantage in the next round? If so. What is it? How could you play around it? If you do play around it; will it make a difference?
He said that's why you sometimes see master level players making moves that don't seem to provide much value at first glance, but that's because they are most likely trying to either play around something they think the other guy has, or they are trying to give themselves an advantage in the next round or two.
Well I'm reaching that point where you have to shift from value to probability because I'm stuck at plat 1. How do you make that change in mindset?

Each game, 1 random Anomaly would be selected and shown to players before they pick their hero that changes up gameplay and requires players to adjust their strategy. With Anomalies and rotating minion pools, each Battlegrounds game could feel like a unique puzzle! Here are some of my ideas of what the Anomalies could be:
