How to pilot this deck

Hello, my name is DreadKill and I am a Hearthstone player since beta. A long time Paladin fan, I found Paladin enjoyable once again with the introduction of the Libram archetype.

This is my attempt at creating a new variation of the deck, using cards like High Abbess Alura, Blessing of Authority and Pharaoh's Blessing. This deck is a pure variant of my other Libram Alura deck. You can check out my other deck here: Non-pure Libram Alura Paladin

The Deck

1. Deck base

The deck still relies on Librams, but now has an additional power spike thanks to High Abbess Alura.

2. Early game

The early game is similar to previous version of the decks, with the addition of Goody Two-Shields, a rather powerful card. Aldor Attendant still remains a powerful drop on the first turn, while Lightforged Zealot is a very good on-curve 4-drop.

3. Defense

This deck has a good amount of minions that protect you, either through taunt or healing. The new addition of Devout Pupil makes for a wonderful defensive tool in Libram Paladin, especially since it will always be discounted. Even with only a 1 mana discount, a 5 mana 4/5 with Taunt and Divine Shield is a powerful minion.

4. Combo swing

Making use of High Abbess Alura, you can create a large presence on the board. Also useful for this is Argent Braggart. While Blessing of Authority doesn't allow buffed minions to attack enemy heroes, it will usually be cast on either Alura or a minion which was just played.

5. Card generation

The deck faces no problem when running out of steam, using a wide range of cards to generate Dragons, Librams and other useful cards. Bronze Explorer is a very versatile card, being able to generate a wide array of new options.

Thank you!

If you read it all the way until here then really thank you a lot! I appreciate your time and I am waiting for your comments and opinions.
