"Try carrying this greatsword", they said. "It's lighter than a feather", they said.
Designed as additional support for Murloc Paladin. It provides effective early-game removal, being a cheaper Truesilver Champion with a condition. The "between two Murlocs" represents the others helping our middle Murloc lift the greatsword (+2 Attack) and providing it some protection in turn (Divine Shield). With the sword lifted it can Rush in and swing at whatever you need it to!

Went with a clean and simple effect that doesn't really affect the board much unless your deck is built around it. Picked Classic set because this could easily be an evergreen card and not be a problem. Picked its statline because there's already precedent for 3 mana 3/4s with minor but potentially disruptive effects,

This card can provide some intresting combos (like Malygos OTK). Unlike Prismatic Lens you have more control over the effect. Putress in lore was a leader of Apothecary Society - alchemists working for Sylvanas Windrunner (alchemists is HS are famous for swaping things like [Hearthstone Card (Mad Alchemist) Not Found]).

This guy is a big and ugly warrior, and a fierce opponent, but he isn't the best team player.
Short-Tempered Brute is made to be a powerful minion with a taxing battlecry. I tried to make him a but more playable than other similar minions such as Ticking Abomination and Loose Specimen because those cards are pretty bad.
He is meant to be used as a strong tempo play in enrage warrior. He curves nicely with Bomb Wrangler and Frothing Berserker.

"Taunt. Deathrattle: Transform adjacent minions into copies of this." A zombie-like minion that infects those around it upon death, turning them into mummies. Great for wide token boards, but keep it away from your good minions or they will face a terrible curse!

The idea is simple: Deadly Shot on a stick where you also have a little more control over which minion is destroyed. I went for Hunter & made it a mech since it would both 1) fit the Mech Hunter archetype and 2) the Hunter class identity of strong, single-target removals.
Also random trivia time re: the name of the card - for those who were not tasked with studying Latin for years, "sinister" originally just meant "left" - it only took on the negative connotations during late antiquity/the early middle ages when the Catholic church began associating "left" with evil and "right" with good based on a handful of biblical passages. So in case any nuns ever beat the left-handedness out of you in school, now you know why.

Vanilla stats for the cost since the card affects both players. This is a tech card useful against both:
- aggro, as it basically denies one minion in the early stage of the game,
- control and combo, as it may deny a card like Dragonqueen Alexstrasza or Shudderwock.

An addition to not only Taunt Warrior, where minions are forced to stamp themselves onto the reinforced protectors. But also to self-damage Warrior, as in your minions can now trade better and won't die from a Whirlwind or Cruel Taskmaster. If you want to protect any minion from potential damage (be direct or AoE), he's got your back.... or front, rather.

My entry is a Rogue Legendary for Witchwood. Xavathras is a Satyr, who is not above tricking the opponent to attack neighbouring minions instead of itself. This effect presents itself as a deathrattle transforming a neighbouring minion into a copy of Xavathras, making this extremely sticky, if somewhat fragile.

More targeted discard synergy. Since it is the start of your turn, it does let you setup your hand as well as the opponent having a turn to remove it as well.
Remember that you don't just have your own side of the field to think about - something like Crushing Walls would work just fine for this competition!
