Pocket Galaxy is pretty clearly busted at 5 mana. Boom needs to lose perma-rush for all mechs. Calling is pretty stupid, too.
My guess is Galaxy goes back to 7. Boom gets a cost bump (which doesn't really alleviate the problem). Calling gets a cost bump (which is likely enough).
After 5 years of HS, I'd be glad to see spirit/fire go away permanently. I think the best answer is to simply HoF one of the two, though. It's only 1 of many busted things happening in Wild.
I still think we see untapped potential turn into a really stupid deck that requires a nerf, once the balance changes shift the meta. Maybe only a Wild problem for that one, though.
Effective in that it can win some games now, largely thanks to the SoU cards. No tracker while playing it but I'm over 50% win rate. It needs a good start and that can be tricky with totems and no 1 drops. Reno/Cube locks will laugh at you. defile, lord godfrey, hellfire, and twisting nether to boot... not much chance beating them. Ultimately, basic totems are garbage and the few decent totems aren't really enough to carry the archetype. I think a tier 3ish totem deck could be possible now, though.
Great card to get as a golden. All minions come back golden... and yes, the reborn minions come back in their original form, with reborn. Think of the damaged, second copy of a reborn like a de-buff. Whitemane wouldn't bring back a minion with +4/+4 from blessing of kings, she'd rez the original minion. Same goes for reborn.
We did a series for uldum essentials and have a decent list of starter decks that cost around 1600 dust. You can find it in the deck menu or use this link.
I just copied Murmy instead of Micro Mummy b/c they are tough to distinguish under the reborn glow. Playing over lunch so I have a window at the minimum size option of 1024 x 768, which doesn't help. That's still bigger than mobile screens, for the most part, though.
The reborn bubble is ugly and makes the card hard to see. I don't see why they didn't just use a little icon at the bottom like poisonous.
My guess is that reborn minions will lose reborn and be resummoned. They wanted it to be extremely clear a minion will be reborn.
I do think it’s too flashy though. Maybe even toning down the brightness a bit would fix it
Agreed. It has to be something obvious like Divine Shield that then is gone post-trigger, leaving the plain card behind. Also agree that it's overly bright and toning it down a bit would help.
It felt like I was opening a lot of epics. Free quest was Untapped Potential - not counted in the 5 above.
I bought 9 packs after winning one in brawliseum for a nice round 10 packs to open. 3rd to last gave me golden Zephrys the Great! The next pack after that was one of the best packs I've opened in a long time, with a rare, golden rare, 2 epics and Supreme Archaeology.
I've only played 10 games (6-4 with a budget secret hunter) so very limited data. I did see all new decks which was nice, but I also understand not everyone will pre-order (I didn't) and may not have the gold to buy enough packs to build all-new-stuff.
Quest druid is my pick to be totally busted once it's refined. It's an easy one to finish and turns 5, 6, and 7 are insane with Oasis Surger, Hidden Oasis, Ancient of War.
Interesting. I wonder about Hunter, seems like maybe the class will have difficulties if the meta is more control oriented.
Obv bucketing and offering rates can turn any analysis on its head..maybe that is not emphasized enough.
Mage, rogue and druid are inherintly strong against reborn. That might be more important than getting good cards. Priest is good with them, that is also interesting. Reborn does seem strong in arena, so if it is offered a lot (is there a SoU bonus modifier?) this can matter a lot.
I am reasonably sure the new sets are no longer given the appearance bonus.
I agree that hunter may have some trouble. There's going to be a ton of taunts and that can be tough for Hunter.
Not sure if I'm going to enjoy this meta tbh. Too many busted cards and board flips out of nowhere. It will take a while for me to properly adjust I think.
I'm concerned about the same. Priest is going to be especially bad for this, I think.
Really excited to see this rotation. Reborn will be very good in arena and it's quite plentiful. So many very strong cards coming in with SoU and they'll be alongside a whole bunch of busted Un'Goro cards.
I have issues with mobile updates fairly often and it seems worse through Amazon. Uninstalling and starting from scratch has always solved issues for me. Until the next update... lol

Agreed! I only know the characters from HS and these Lore pieces are great for background info that makes HS a little more fun each time.
Figured there had to be something there but I'm not musically inclined enough to ever find it.
Top 3 boards for me are:
GvG with the fireworks / rocket ship / laser / tank.
TGT with the archery board and the practice dummy that you can hit when you miss the target.
Pandaria (OG vanilla) with 3 boots in the garden!

Fun and surprisingly effective. Splitting Axe and Totemic Surge are huge difference makers for the archetype.
I'll consider giving BlizzAvision my money again when this makes it to Americas servers.

Whizbang is a great way to get practice with a wide variety of decent decks. Fun, inexpensive way to have "all" the decks. Definitely worth crafting

Maybe there will be a Sand Mummy Event similar to the one that gave us SN1P-SN4P. :D
70 packs
5 legendary (1 golden Zephyrs!!)
20 epic (1 golden)
77 rare (4 golden)
247 common (6 golden)

Is there a reason you didn't include Scargil?
