To be perfectly clear I am completely talking about Ram Wrangler effect here. Not Barrens Stablehand effect. Whereas If you already control a dragon it would summon a dragon. Yes the variance of a random dragon is of higher value than a random beast. But it is significantly harder to play this in conjunction to another dragon like you could with normal ram wrangler. Before with ram wrangler you could play Tundra Rhino ram wrangler and get an easy combo with that and even if you didnt get king krush or something huge it would still be good enough with charge to hit face or trade. Dragons dont have cards like tundra rhino like that that I can think of atm.
So I've been thinking about this a lot lately mostly because of cards being released in descent of dragons being pretty reminiscent of other, older cards. And ram wrangler was always one of my favorites to play. So I just thought I'd put this out there. I'm not talking the same stats as ram wrangler since a random dragon is worth way more than a random beast but still. Would it be good or would it be a meme card like ram wrangler was? Wyt? I know they made a card similar to ram wrangler in Barrens Stablehand but let's be real here you forgot that card even existed didnt you.
The undisputed best part of this card is the ABSOLUTE shit-eating grin of the tauran warrior. I saw it on the reveal page and I was waiting to see what the effect of the card would be and I'm not disappointed. Good job artist!
It's like bear trap but kinda worse. I made a rogue secret like this once upon a time ago with the same idea, weird how it's in paladin flavor, it's a good find for a slow paladin deck that's focused on board control but you wouldn't put in in your deck it's purely vulpera fodder imo
If you've seen me around the forums you'll know I hate the idea of an "auto include" card in any deck but I think this is one if you're running galakrond in any deck. Very good effect and the ability to tutor galakrond is just as strong c'thun didnt even get something like that. Crazy.
I cant wait for the expansion I made a dragon mage with kalecgos and janalai last expansion and I am looking forward to expanding upon that. I am looking forward to getting back into a more value based meta game. Instead of the current lackey one...

Interesting card with combo potential but I think it wont amount to anything in the long run
I mean it's a counter to twig of the world tree in wild but I dont foresee people teching this against waggle pick kr anything in standard.
VERY good card will be played in dragon theme decks regardless of highlander or not as late game value

I kept forgetting that primordial drake isnt a classic card so I ended up crafting him instead. It's worked out pretty well so far.
