There is no evidence this is currently implemented for Hearthstone. But "differentiated gaming experiences" has me worried in what way they want game experiences to be different, especially when it comes right after "curated recommendations for in-game offers".
I mean everyone call it "confirmation bias" but it's literally impossible that I find it only on HS and not in Magic arena, Runeterra, ESL, Shadowverse where drawing and random are not that "precise"

It's not a magic tournament. It's Hearthstone laddering. There shouldn't be any 60% in popularity. HS has so many cards and unique effects that every deck could be playable. Face hunter win against every tempo and control deck as there is no more healing in the game, priest could has them but they are weak unfortunately.
However, i don't really care as I really hate playing in standard. People play 2/3 tier 1 decks hard playing for rank 5. I'll stick with wild, broken etc etc but at least I see some diversity

I already reached rank 5, the only reason I play is for fun and still the 30 of december, pleople still play to win easy using these burn decks. How enjoyable

And it' s a problem. Basically 90% of what I see on ladder is Hunter. Aggro Hunter, more like burn hunter.

The card say that your opponent has 2 turns, there is no reason to delete your own double turn as it's not in the effect at all.
