Remarkably okay for a reveal stream dump common, but still not really strong enough to see play. It is fairly big for a murloc though, so it is a maybe card for murloc paladin's recruit effects.

I don't think that it needs to be said that a rager is bad. The divine shield mitigates its rager-ness, but a minion with no relevant abilities at 4 mana is just not good.
