  • Looks strong. Warlock has a few strong lvl-1 plays, and can afford to miss the second turn. The pay off will be worth it. This is also great in handlock, I suppose, since you can play it whenever, and create big swing turns.

  • Great card, secrets will help Burgle Rogue's Defense.

  • So, what do you think? Mana cost and wording okay? (English is not my first language)

  • Someone posts a board, and others suggest the best/worst possible random effect for the most hillarity?

Or something like Puzzle Labs, find Lethal given a board.

  • Opened 92 packs,

got 5 legendaries - which is exactly as much as one might expect, longest span between was 28 packs, shortest 3.

18 epics , one of them golden, 4 I now own twice,

All rares except two, 29 double, 8 golden rares.

All commons double since pack #76, 12 of them golden.

20 packs of just dust, first was the #40.

Here is my entry. Never done a card comp before

(Darn it no space between : and complete. Just pretend there is)

    Welcome to your first competition!

I like the art, and the cost. (but it's an OP card) But reborn at full health is just not reborn anymore. With a normal reborn- or coming back at full health, the card would still fit the theme of the competition.

Updated the card based on some feedback. The first time you play this, it costs 7, and the copies it gives you are 5 mana 4/7s.

Too clunky. You do not really understand the effect without an addendum.

Maybe lower the stats a bit, and drop the costs 2 more. Instead of 'add a silenced copy of this minion to your hand' maybe write:'add a mortal bone drake to to your hand. '

Or just make the original version a class card: Both archeologist-dinorider-Brann and Swamp witch Hagatha could very well have one of these. Class Cards are stronger.

But I'm not sure yetwhether the Sidequest fits into Druid. Yes, Alexstrasza, Queen of the Accord is most probably a druid, but spell generation isn't really a thing for druid. Mechanically, Rogue or Mage would be a better fit.

And another question: How many entries can one person submit?

…But all the same, I think that it should only upgrade while in hand.

Thank you, that is a sensitive answer. I'll scrap this design, since it obviously isn't clear enough yet. I do like the general idea, but as it is, it's impossible to balance.

2.does the scheme upgrade even when its on board or does it stop when you play it

I do not know yet, depends what will be valid as a scheme in this competition. It will probably be either or, not both. Both would make this unplayable, since making you overdraw would be way to easy.

Since the scheming not to overdraw while you have the card in hand is interesting,  but it may very well be OP, if you get it early on - turn 1 or 2, you can then play it on curve to get 2 or 3 cards - arcane intellect with a body.  Looks a tad too strong this way.

If it only upgrades while on board, it's about the strength of an Acolyte of Pain, but may get stronger. In control/OTK matches, an opponent may even chose to not clear it immediatly, for you to overdraw.  This is the option I would prefer.

  • Scheming ExcavatorIs this okay for a scheme-card? Not balance wise (although I'd also appreciate feedback) but per defintion of scheme.

  • Very nice brawl, especially for budget players. Most games are fast, some ridiculous, and the RNG can favor both.

And then I got a Millhouse Manastorm in my pack.

  • Another blow against F2Players, making it harder for them to keep a competitive collection: First, they bring an adventure between expansions, and now they remove drops? That's just mean.

Well, it might at least be good for the environment if less people stream these mat he's?

  • Yes, epics are also interessting, I'd say.

  • So, a week has passed since the expansion, and now, as the second week starts, the dust has settled (from the recent nerfs) and all the responsible players that do not craft something in the first week now have dust to spare.

In short: what about a crafting guide for the best 'Dragons cards? So that we know which Legendarys and Epics to craft and to dust?

  • I would really appreciate some comments, about the card choices, because I'm not so sure about fiendish rites and Dragonmaw Poacher.

  • Opened 72 packs, and was lucky (as usual ;.-) )

    Got 5 legendarys

    Waxadred

    Mindflayer Kaahrj

    Valdris Felgorge

    Dragonbane

    Kronx Dragonhoof

as well as 18 epics, one of which is golden. I especially look forward to a shuffle rogue now.

  • Whao is your wincondition? You may edge out a few wins against aggro or combo, with your Albatrosses, but slower control decks will still be able to clear the birds, till you fall into exhaustion. Why not add an Academic Espionage or a Waxadred, to (if it proves necessary) help against exhaustion? You have a lot of draw, so it could work.

  • Help me understand this: Tip the Scales is an 8mana card, there is no prismatic lens or any other cost reduction, so how  do you OTK on turn 1?

  • There is still only one card to get Lackeys for the good classes, isn't there? Else, there could be a few combos to get your Shirvallah a new divine shield, and a new attack. But like this, it's just not consistent enough, and before you shuffle an EVIL cable rat, for another chance for a witchy Lackey, it's way better to shuffle the big Tiger.
