I like the EVIL Recruiter - it's powerful not only because of its effect, but because it forces your opponent to choose between killing your lackeys (typically understatted and useful mainly for battlecry effects) and other, more valuable minions.

This is a really great deal! Unfortunately I'm only 6-11 packs since last legendary into each expansion, so the pity timer won't help that much. Wanna see more deals like this though.
