Very quick (and therefore potentially faulty) maths of previous purchasable pre-order skins - time between pre-order end and skin returning to shop:
Mecha-Jaraxxus - 2 years 10 months
King Rastakhan - 2 years 10 months
Madame Lazul - 2 years 2 months
Elise Starseeker - 2 years 2 months
Deathwing - 2 years
"Still waiting":
Lady Vashj - 2 years 4 months
The KT you wanted - 2 years
As a summary, it's highly likely that the skin will return in the shop within a year, but a year might be a rather long time for you to wait. It should be noted that the longest waits have been the two oldest pre-order skins, so it might be sooner rather than later for the newer skins. Especially since the top 2 on the wait list returned in this expansion.
It would seem the card was Burden of Pride (at least the art matches), which Roger revealed alongside the DH legendary. Blizzard just failed to communicate that.
It has not been revealed yet, but it's been theorized that they have something to do with Evelynn. One Husk has her quote as flavor text (others have quotes from other...Demons/Evelynn followers?), so I'm assuming the theory is correct.
Hard to say since the clip is in Chinese :D but the animation shows Shadow Waltz pop up when the tokens gain the Deathrattle so I expect it's spell specific at that point.
I also noticed that the Blizz-given reveal link doesn't work, so here's the actual link to the reveal thread.
My assumption on how this works is that the shades will cast the last shadow spell casted in the game, not after this was played. So technically this card can backfire, especially if your opponent decides when to trigger it. That may explain why the amount of stats that comes with this card on turn 5.
The video clip on NGA seems to suggest their Deathrattle copies the last Shadow spell casted before this was played, so there shouldn't be any surprises from that front.
Time and time again we've seen that reducing the cost of something to (0) breaks stuff or creates very uninteractive play patterns, yet they keep making cards like this. I'm not sure what's the logic behind that.
They don't have a rarity gem so they seem to be just tokens. There might be other Hunter cards to synergize with them though so not just Spirit Poacher.
I may have missed this but anyway:
0/8

Their Forge explanation tweet all but confirms that.
Indeed, the flavor text is basically 100% confirmation.
Yup, one of the devs confirmed it on Twitter. But I agree that "new" is not very descriptive.
That is correct and has been fixed now.

I'm not saying someone deleted it between writing and publishing, but I'm also saying someone didn't (*stares judgingly at Spinnenhonig*).
Luckily the deck was also re-made soon after, so I added that list there.
Gain power through Hallowed OR
Overkill enemy units
0/12 OR
0/80
Activate Boons to bestow serendipitous blessings OR
Strike with 2 or more units in a round.
0/6 OR
0/20
Activate Evolve OR
Fill spell mana
0/1 OR
0/50
Turns out you were very accurate :D
Good? Not sure. Annoying? Most definitely, not looking forward to facing this one...

It's not a Demon but a Devourer. WoW seems to classify them as Aberrations.
