As Caro said, these are not full patch notes despite being so lengthy, merely a blog about the Battlegrounds revamp. The nerfs will still happen with the patch as well, they just decided not to announce them beforehand for some reason.

Based on the lore what I've read there's zero connection between Ziggs and Shurima, he's heavily associated with Zaun. However, there's another yordle, Rumble, who has a story where he's in Shurima so I really don't know why they put Ziggs there instead. Maybe there are too many dual region yordles in P&Z already with Heimerdinger and Teemo.
I played some Lurk at the beginning of the set and yes I didn't find it as fun as I expected. There were multiple occasions where I felt I need to hit the early Lurks in order to have any chance. I was also rather gifted at drawing Pyke as a unit and not the spell which is crazy good.
Then again when the deck hits the dream curve it's almost unstoppable, so making it more reliable could be problematic as well.
Can relate. As an achievement enthusiast I grinded the Warlock Questline one among the first so that if it gets nerfed I can swap it to another legendary I'll need for achievements.
From purely gameplay perspective at least something from Warlock and Battleground Battlemaster should see changes if you ask me. The sole existence of the latter is rather baffling to me, especially since Apotheosis got nerfed because "Currently, it can feel like you must remove every Priest minion because of the threat Apotheosis poses."

I got my first pack some hours ago (haven't yet logged in to check for second) so it seems to be working for me (EU server).
