If Barren launched at 30th march, I assume it will be released at 30th May. (2 months exactly)
But since 30th May is Sunday, I believe it will be dropped after. (Closest will be at Tuesday, 1st June / Thursday, 3rd June), with 3 days of card reveal before that, just like Darkmoon Races.
Been extra lucky for getting "Play a friend" quest twice in last week. That extra 3000xp really helping my lazy play within this stale meta. Nothing change much with facing either Paladin/Hunter or Ticklock. I still love to play Control Warrior (sometime Control Shaman), but once I face Tickatus, all that extra fun is all gone.
For now, I'm just gonna sit back and wait for the miniset. Won't touch Hearthstone for at least every 3rd day of full daily quest. I guess this is what they called a burnout.
I know this is out of context, but I'll still say this.
If you as Dev got the extra time to do something, then - Fix Wild Mode! - Promote your Duels Mode more! - Create better rewards for Arena Run! - Find a way to upgrade your system so it can support Tournament etc!
There's actually a ton of things to do than to worry about some adventures.
My thought is, why Hearthstone decided to use emotes at all, if it's gonna be like what @Modalko said? Why not stick with casual chat? The platform obviously can support it. If it turns out that the opponent is toxic, then mute them, (or better, report them)
Sticking with emote is not a friendly way to say hi, or say thanks to someone without being taken as sarcastic. (And it happened often enough)
Is "Throughout the Barrens" means only available in the 4 months range of the barrens expansion?
The card back depicts a phoenix (or dragon?), while Celestalon's profile art depicts a water dragon. hmm
EDIT: There's a date written 06/01/18 near the bottom left card in the celestalon's profile art. I have no idea what it means.
EDIT2: "Harder to do on mobile" probably means playing Nozdormu, since mobile usually can't keep up with the faster game mode. Can't think of anything else harder to do on mobile.
EDIT3: Probably count as cheating, but the patch can always be datamined to find it directly.
How far does this upcoming balance patch gonna be? a week? two maybe? Because honestly, balancing things when it get so close to the miniset is not really useful in 'refreshing' the meta.
I can already feel bored trying to level up. Facing both Hunter and Paladin kinda make me want to stop playing. I'm not really rushing it, and so I'm lagging behind on level 80 with no battlepass. I feel lucky to be able to exploit 3000xp with weekly quest bug back then, along with the completion of 80% of bonus XP achievements.
I don't know if I have the urge to play that often anymore, just gonna do quests and wait on the miniset for now.
I feel that this is one of the not-so-interesting-cardback. So bland. Even I can think of something to add like glowing/dripping water, or shining cores.
I stumbled across an idea, that for the Final Frontier achievement you can simply use discounted giants. So I gave it a try since I don´t own Celestial Alignment too and guess what? It worked! So if you´re still struggling to do this achievement, just make a deck full of giants. I did it with priest with heals, spells, some draw (for both you and opponent) and some little board swarm - depends on which giants you want to use. It took me just two tries to complete it :)
I already finished it with Rogue Galakrond, sadly. Turns out even four 0 mana cost cards and one full 8 mana cost can complete the achievement too.
TLDR: A bunch of these achievements are too difficult to be fun, and can't be completed through normal play. Boo.
I wholeheartedly agree. That's why I only do this things once I hit milestone ranks, like Diamond 5, or Legend. Saved me from losing so many times when using weak deck for the purpose of achievements. EDIT. I think they create these agonizing achievements in purpose, so that we play more with the cards that they think won't be used in real play. For instance, Caravan cards and Burning Blade Acolyte or maybe Altar of Fire. I can bet, if Uldum start using achievements, useless cards like Desert Obelisk will be added into it.
I still think this is too complicated. I've read it over and over. Can we simplify thing? Can we go back to the time where, if you're the best at playing, the highest chance you'll get being represented by the gaming industry whatever your gender is? That way, everyone has equal opportunity no?
Kinda complicated in comparison with Twitch don't you think?
And yes, I did check my settings. twice. It still says connected until now. yes, I watched 5-6 hours live stream because the chat is also live when I joined. But no, I didn't watch it on focused mode. I leave it hanging in the back muted while playing.
Still no drops. this makes me feel very discouraged to watch YT streams anymore.
Ah, so the main big idea is to deplete the deck and shuffle copies of big minions. There goes my stupid thinking of using Galakrond immediately.
Nope, don't have Unstable Element, I don't play Wild, and I still hold my last Dragon Year card (possibly the biggest help ever in completing like 50% of the rest). And yes, rogue has plenty draw tech to exhaust the deck. I'm going for it then. This is a big help. So much appreciated.
Sadly, the only achievements left are those with legendary card restriction.
I know right. That's why I make it a bit further. 6 mana 14/14. or maybe 5 mana. Hearthstone. Geez.
So, no one gonna talk the fact that 7 mana summon 5 2/2 with random is better than The Forest's Aid?
I mean 8 mana summons 10/10 is good, but they gone and make the power level even crazier. what's next. 6 mana spell summon 7 2/2?
Huh? If Garrosh dies in Pandaria, who is the person that kills Magtheridon in the WoW:Warlords of Draenor cinematic?
Sorry I don't play WoW at all.

Finally reach lv.100 today.

0 mana draw 2 card is too OP. Even restoring 2 mana when drawing both spell is generally good.
Why can't they see something this OP when they created cards like this?
I feel that this is one of the not-so-interesting-cardback. So bland. Even I can think of something to add like glowing/dripping water, or shining cores.
I'm more curious about what their Hero Power will be?
My best guess:
Death Knight : 2 mana cost, Summon 1/1 skeleton knight, give it +1/+1 if summoned.
Monk: 2 mana cost, Meditate, give 1 extra mana next turn only.
Any new classes is always welcomed, as it will add more variants to the game, even though it will be much more harder to balance the game.

No offense, but with that nickname, you could be the real bot. LOL. (Just kidding, also yeah, kinda getting too many spams in here).
Why would someone go to a length to register only to spams. hmm.

Rework it a little. And change the wording. As always. Thanks for all feedbacks.
