The drawing engine, yes, but needing the conditions to be met makes it terrible, and like mentioned, such a bad topdeck.

If it doesn't come back in standard, you can at least be certain that its get added to Secret Mage Wild lists - this card is way too good to pass, and becomes must kill else can't build your board …
