I like the card design and its disruptive nature, but I'm skeptical as to its efficiency. Its good, but maybe not a 5 stars like some ahead of me commented. Should see play, or at least, experiment.

This seems to do awfully a lot - sorta-kinda [card]Mass Hysteria[/card] + [card]Commanding Shout[/card] - for a measly 2 mana
