I don't think it is nearly as bad as other are depicting, but it certainly isn't that good. Might be okay if discovered, otherwise I wouldn't waste a slot of my deck.

I have to agree that (4) is pretty steep. I'm not seeing adding this to my deck, despite its effectiveness. I could however see myself play this out of a discover mechanic/mana discount.

That is simply a great card that does a lot for Mind-reading Priest. Makes me want to play your deck ^^

I find the push for Evolve shaman to be back in Standard hard to digest, and it isn't light-handed either.
This is easy to abuse 

Permanent buff that bonify your otherwise lackluster Hero Power, that's pretty good.
Also, totem support keeps being added so it can flourish into Wild?

It reminds me of so many other poorly stated battlecry minions that could only see play because they were adding a higher number of targets - mana and body count wise - to justify evolve shenanigan's. Outside of that ... …
