  • Battletag: inf3rno#2564

    Region: EU
    Usual Play Times: anytime
Level of Experience: Advanced. I play from Beta, 2 times Legend (not that it's worth anything), 1000+ wins with all (except DH which I almost never play), 2500+ wins with Mage.
Preferred Heroes: Mage, Warrior, Paladin, Priest
I’m Looking For: Buddies with whom I could try to get in queue the same time so we can work out that freakin' YoggChamp achievement. :D That one is already done. Buddies for trading 'Challenge/Spectate a Friend!' quests.
Tell us something about you: I like highlander control/value decks.

  • I have only 'YoggChamp' left out of all Darkmoon achievements to complete. So if you encounter a Paladin with a secret up (which is most likely Oh My Yogg!) and either player is close to death, please cast a spell before the killing blow or the concede so there is a chance this fucking achievement triggers. :D

    Pretty please.

  • Managed to do it in a couple hours in Wild. I had a game where I literally summoned 100+ of them against Big Priest.

  • I'm already trying all the things you mentioned. Nothing seems to work. :D

I'm doing the fucking Greybough achievement at the moment. Please if you read this, and you encounter me on ladder (inf3rno#2564) and I don't attack you, don't attack me. And don't concede. Thx :D

This is gonna take a lifetime. In most cases I don't even draw the Greybough, but even if I do, I'm dead by then. Or when can finally drop some of them, the opponent just concedes. Fuck you Blizzard. :D

If you don't care about your Wild rank, just do the XP achievements there.

Decks are so strong in Wild I think you have less chance to do any achievements there

  • I understand that Ranked is about competition, but for most of the achievements you don't even have to win. So I'm more than happy to finish the achievement and then concede to give you the win. Where you have to win (eg. Yogg, C'thun achievements) this does not apply of course.

I just completed the C'thun achievement. It was a grind. I specifically made a Priest deck for it, with draws, heals, and board clears. None of my opponents got the idea, even though I never attacked face and even healed their face to clean up accidental damage. Finally I found a Priest with the similar idea, I think he knew what was going on, but I was the luckier person.

  • Pretty cruel.

The signal could be anything else, like spamming 'Ooops' 3 times in the beginning which otherwise makes no sense.

I just hope some of my future opponents read this. :D

  • Maybe this came up elsewhere, but tbh I didn't look it up.

So the idea is: if I don't attack you (I'm talking Ranked mode), that means I'm trying to do some silly achievements, so please try not to attack me. :)

  • Yeah I already mentioned that. :) It's wierd it triggers even if you play Warrior tho...

  • Fun fact: you can already do 2 Darkmoon Faire achievements: Ride Together, Die Together (for Hunter, just activate a Toxic Reinforcements) and Two Punch Man (for Shaman, equip a Doomhammer and cast 2 Rockbiter Weapons, go face).

edit: seems like it does not trigger in constructed Casual mode.

  • The way I'm doing this is buying only the mega bundle and grind enough gold between expansions to buy enough packs to get whatever cards I would like. This way I don't have to buy the small bundle.

Will probably buy the tavern pass as well, so I'm looking at $100 (not counting the mini expansion, which I'll also buy/craft with gold/dust) per expansion. Still rough.

  • This.

Gonna buy it anyway. I'm too much of a sucker for this shit

So this is basically Spellbreaker. With +1 Health and copying the target's auras and Deathrattles.

I mean, really? I would say this is basically a Snowflipper Penguin only it has +3 attack, +3 health, costs +4 mana, is not a neutral minion, is not a Beast and has some side effects.

    Dude.

Yes, was just confirmed on Reddit by Liv Breeden: "As long as the ones you summon die, you'll summon more."

    Confirmed.

  • Are you sure? It says "if all die", it does not specifically say "if all 7 die". I would assume you only have to kill off the ones you summoned for the repeat effect, not summon all 7 and kill them.

  • They did. Remember good ol' Dr. Boom? :D

  • Couldn't agree more. One of the most annoying mechanics ever put into the game.
