For me I followed Funkimonki's advice, and when I put NO GOLDEN CARDS in a deck, it worked

I'm not sure, but I think we need to wait until Core actually rotates to see them. So far no cards from Core can be used, right?
you have to swap your game mode to classic prior to making the deck or it won't work, not the easiest UI change tbh
Does it matter? this is an incentive for whales to pay more, so the rest of us could maybe pay less in the game.
