Not bad, a 3 mana 3/3 that summons something when it dies. It only hits enemy minions, so it will not be too consistent for res priests, which is the best deck for priests right now. It is alright for a more minion/buff based priest deck. It feels a little weird, but I am sure this will find a place in a deck somewhere, it is a very flexible card.

Also, because I like to nit-pick about things, Why does it say "Summon a new copy"? why not just "Summon a copy"?

My guess is that it is probably made for the new players,  to make it more clear to them that it copies the minion without a stat buffs.

But yeah... I think that word is kinda unnecessary too since we got used to hearthstone without a guide/information about copying mechanic.

EDIT:  I think its because it can enable mindflayer to become a freshly copied minion that had the same base stat, for example, if the mindflayer have died while the enemy minion's stat has already been affected (let's say its affected by peacekeeper or equality) then it allows it to be summoned back with a base stat of a copied minion no matter what, thus its "new copy".

If you're still being confused, you can try to compare this card with all other cards' text that has copy effects and see any differences between this card and others, especially if it doesn't have to do anything related to copying it to your hand and decks but on battlefield only, feel free to point my mistake if I made an error here.

  • I don't think this card should be compared with Faceless Manipulator... this card has a entire different role.

This card is meant to be a very good early game minion with insane value, I believe it shouldn't be compared to anything else. Why it doesn't need a comparison is because it's probably the best 3 mana minion of all cards, if not, it's still probably right there on the top 10 list... yes, it's THAT good! But not as a priest card.

An example I could make would be Emeriss from Hunter, it is incredibly bad card for hunter, we all know that. But everyone would be playing Emeriss at that point if it was accessible to other classes, we would play it even it's incredibly slow, and even it's just handbuff... I think it would see a play. Mindflayer is very similar to that, insane early game minion which heavy control priest doesn't benefit alot from it.

I'm not a priest player, so I would rather hear other main priests' opinion from this forum, whether I can safely disenchant it or not. But seeing someone else comparing this one to other card that have an entire different role... doesn't make sense. Like when did the faceless manipulator saw some play in the game? I have only seen it on lucentbark druid deck, and it doesn't seem to be a thing in any priest deck, did I miss anything in doom of the tomb meta?

Only use of this is sticky 3-mana tempo minion. Definitely not something priest would need.

I guess thats why many are hating on this card, I understand now. But if tempo priest exists at anytime (standard or wild), could be insane.

  • 5 Mana feels so slow, Im not sure if the yeti on turn 5 is worth it in trade of dealing 3 damage to all enemies only. Priest is more control oriented class, but in wild, midrange dragon priest does exist I think. So not hurting your own minions are nice.

Bu again, do you really want a yeti on turn 5? thats the most important question. I say the mindflayer legendary is much better than that since it has very good stat body and the priest in wild has already has tons of better midrange minion.

I’l give it a try, but doubt its gonna be great.

  • 3/3 minion + deathrattle: summon a 3/4 minion or any larger.

How is this bad? It can fit well too as a tempo in the lategame because its very cheap to summon a copy of a big useful minion.

I dont even see this card as meme, its going to be seen everywhere... unless I dont know what exact the priest playstyle should be, then maybe I shouldnt be the one to judge it.

    But still good though.

This card has no downside and has a very Strong effect. Every dragon deck Will run it. The stats are good, there is absolutely no reason not to play it with some dragons in the deck. Its just so lame... There Will be no decisions in making a dragon deck? Just put in the autoincludes and voila? I love theorycrafting decks but these type of cards just crushes peoples imagination and creativity.

Apply this too to every extreme powerful cards.

Some cards can even make a deck on its own. I would say the 5/4 stat is pretty weak because the vanilla stat isn't going to impact the game much than it before, but I could be wrong since I don't play this current meta nowadays.

  • A card that supports fun great decks!

    Neat.

EDIT: It also draws the specific cards?!? This card is going to be a top-tier carry in the game.

  • So glad that it didn't reduce the cost in the hand, but still insane.

Bet there are some more good cards hiding around like this one.

  • It's going to do very minimum impact for now, I doubt it's gonna fit in somewhere.

This card might do something in a far future.

  • Gonna be challenging to deal with it if this dragon actually stays survives. Slow or not, it's going to outvalue you if you don't stop it.

Will see how it goes, it's very excited to see a powerful generator card.

  • This is just another Thunderhead quality card, definitely needs no explanation. Great card.

Looks very similar to my fan-made card, except my own card deals damage as same to the overloaded crystals. This card needs 1 crystal only.

  • Looks bad, but I wouldn't underestimate two 4/4 rush minions, it can kill any 8/8 minion like Lich King and Ragnaros.

Though I can't rate it since it has a new mechanic in the game, but I have high hope in this card in terms of playable, including that shaman will have deck based on dragons and we don't know what other dragons the class has.

  • Heavy RNG card  = Non-competitive card, not good at all in meta decks, but other than that, I love it. I like that RNG can lead to do cool and stupid things,, plus this card can access to a different class's powerful cards, the 5 mana cost makes it even better to gain late game power on turn 5, lucky if you can get above 6 or more.

This card is definitely going to added in my fun-only deck combined with The Runespear till I faced tryhard players.

  • Big minions with cool abilities are awesome, even it sucks to add it in constructed deck, I would atleast able to get it from the discover effect. From the discover pool, it's gonna be a top-tier card to get picked, and bonus point if your having good time to reach till turn 7, that's a huge assurance to outtempo your opponent.

But... since it's a common rarity, I think there will be more powerful dragons than this one. Blizzard wants to get our cash into the epic cards.

  • I think druid ramp and any upcoming cards that can stale the turns would probably enough to make this card atleast playable.

For the current set of druid, we have 4/8 big dragon with taunt, and a discover effect to handle the late game, so it cant be bad. Having 2 mana ramp spell will be the game changer because we already seen how Wild Growth works.

I see it as a fun meme with value generators for now, I think I want to get this out of my packs, but this expansion looks promising enough to have many good legendaries, hope I'm not wrong.

  • Rogue never had a class card dragon before, hope they would get few more than just Waxadred, it will be a celebration for rogues who like dragons too.

Every class with getting new dragon supports seems to be very good, looks like there will be sort of competition of who will be the best according to meta, not every class is going to be played at high rate.

  • What, this is just too good.

Hero power is basically draw a random secret, and like everyone said, it thins your deck too at the same time.

I would overestimate this card, great stand alone card. You just need some secrets in your deck, then slap this card into your deck that needs support for secrets, and you're ready to go. This card can't be trash if anyone have said it.

  • Great meme with fun potential for aggro players. Feign Death just got a new chill friend.

  • I made a neutral card 5 mana 4/4 that gives +3/+3 buff upon deathrattle AND shares the deathrattle to another minion on the board, this card is fine and more fair compared to mine. Glad I am NOT part of the blizzard team, I would break the game otherwise lol.

  • Pretty good card, even it's just too slow. Now that druid can gain mana crystal once again at turn 2, this one will be viable even it's pretty weak. 4/8 shouldn't be underestimated either, don't fool around with the numbers.
