It looks to me like this is just a way to make money. From what i can tell is that the pass will reset with every expansion cycle and you will have to re-purchase it to get the perks again.

This some sort of early April Fools joke? The Demon Hunter class is interesting, but the obvious counter to it is warlock with all the demon destruction tools. Also, the priest class will be impossible to play any sort of big minion deck (Dragon Queen anybody?) against with the removal discounts is crazy. A board clear for 4 mana?
Actually, the patch containing Tirion only came out at the end of January so, a little over a month. The first time i had him offered to me was last weekend, and i didn't even take him so. I mostly play standard tho.
I got this card when the set released.. i tried to make it work in all kinds of decks. In the end resurrect priest came on the scene to make it relevant, and now it is probably hated by most.. but i enjoyed the experiments with each new set.

So, when is the actual rotation? does this mean that the cards still in standard will be un-nerfed/changed for about a week?

Arena rotation will be good, they have had way too many expansions active at once in recent rotations.

I've actually had this happen to my opponent. Felt nice.
This is an RNG fiesta. Pretty much, you either get a crap deck with poor draw or an amazing deck that will make you say woah.
What sets are in the new arena rotation after the 16.4 patch?
Maybe a new dragon control priest tool? If that is a thing?
If he was the design lead from 2018 till now, then we are missing out bc that is the period where some really cool stuff was added
