I was in Wild only for about a year, but quit it for Standard about two months ago. It's hard to believe that with every card in existence, the meta in Wild feels even more stale than Standard. With all the constant tinkering the team does with expansions, releases, buffs, HoF, and nerfs, Standard at least sees a little more churn.
That's good news. While the 2800 gold was well worth it for the cards from the last adventure, I definitely took a hit in gold for the last expansion. Also, I just find the adventures tedious.
I was playing this quite a bit, but yeah, only getting two heroes to choose from is much less interesting and I'm definitely not spending 2500 gold which is insanely overpriced.
Pulled the combo in my very first game against standard control warlock! Nice work on the deck crafting.
I only spend about $20 per year on the game, so this would be my once a year purchase

It's always curious if Hearthstone will support a mechanic forever like Discover or pretend it never happened like Inspire.

If you're a whale, then you shouldn't have any issues crafting goldens. New reward system is way better than the old.

The better builds don't even use Archmage Vargoth. That's usually a "win-more" card.
