It's a rogue minion that has a below average stat line that gives you extra mana for later or immediately for combos.

It's good, very good

I really like this card, WAY more flexible and forgiving than Dragon Soul.

I haven't played with him, but he seems like a fun card! Very value friendly.

Ooh this card could become a problem, 2 mana "Deal 7 damage" is REAL strong 

if it gained attack AND health we'd have a strong card here.

but 1 mana is the easiest thing to clear. I don't care if it's a 7/1 on turn 4, it'll be easily removed

this is pathetic. there's so many better rush or removal options for the classes that wanna invoke at 4 mana.

...but I can gaurantee you this guy will be in at least ONE of the deck recipes come DoD

Assassinate, but it puts a random minion in your hand.

So...Assassinate with card draw? good?

Man this card just reads "Deal 6 damage to your opponent. reward: deal 6 more damage"

Spell damage +2 is FANTASTIC. especially with the elementals Mages lose when BOOMSDAY rotates next year.

He lacks the attack of Cosmic Anomaly but his battlecry might net you a Malygos, Aspect of Magic.

Stat line's pretty bad for a 3 drop, poisonous helps.

What makes this little dude real good is his battlecry, which helps with any dragon activators Hunter gets this set.

Also makes it a 3 mana that draws …

I've only recently started playing Mage but I love the upgraded spells this guy gives you.

I kinda wish it wasn't just "discover" one but heck if you play it right this guy's a mid range Zephrys

Going to slap this guy in my BIG WARRIOR deck.

And Dragon Warrior deck.

in fact I'll just throw him in any warrior deck I want to, Deathwing RULES

reminds me of Shera'zin in a way.

Rogue's deathrattle cards in standard can help ensure that you can add multiple candles to your deck before Waxdred even dies to ensure value

It's a hunter's dream, come true.

never underestimate the power of divine shield.

It lacks the echo of Sound the Bells but a token deck will easily fit a 1 mana spell that adds attack AND health on a minion somewhere

3 mana draw 3 with a dragon.

1 mana draw 3 with a dragon and PREPARATION

Discovering is always good, cuz that helps limit weak pulls.

cheap cards are always good for Rogue, cuz they activate combos

ESPECIALLY if they help activate the burgle quest early

It's good on it's own.

It's better with a dragon in hand.

And it's absolutely better than Boom's Scheme.
