Summon 2/1 with rush hero power is so insane on top of nice battlecry. Battlecry scales to 4/4s and then 8/8s
It goes into tempo/mid-range dragon decks. Not sure if good enough for slower dragon decks.
For a lot of decks it is better than [deck]azure drake[/deck], how often spell damage actually mattered... Not that often

I like this guy, but only as a backup dragon if you need more activators, very good in arena though.

Well it can screw with your opponent sometimes, especially if you don't care about fatigue much.
Solid dragon, but not the reason to run dragons, just goes into dragon builds because you need more activators.

Shenanigans, but you can't really build a deck where this is consistently good. Ok arena stats though.
Well in wild it has some far reaching implications agains [card]Twig of the world tree[/card] and [card]Kingsbane[/card], but if any powerful deathrattle weapons become relevant in Standard, it also will find it way as a tech choice.
