I'm genuinely worried that we might enter a Aggro vs. Quest meta with 0 control or value strategies.

Currently no slow deck can outlast the Quest decks (at least not the playable ones). The only way to beat those (outside of a lucky Mutanus) is by abusing the fact …

So yeah, MAge Quest is completely busted unless you're playing full aggro. I have no idea how this shit got through playtesting but it absolutely needs to be nerfed into oblivion or else the game becomes unironically more unplayable than Day 1 Barrens.

It's pretty bad if the only way to counter a combo deck is to go hard aggro because you consistently lose around turn 8 or 9 otherwise.

After playing the Hunter Quest for a bit, I don't think it needs nerfs. It's still very slow and will enter topdeck mode pretty fast. Any deck that puts on pressure early can shove it out of the game fast. Hell, even Quest Paladin can do it, and that deck probably gets shafted by non-Quest tempo decks.

Not to …

I'm pretty sure Mage will get some sort of nerf bat too and I hope it's Incanter's Flow for good this time.

Also Priest is, as expected, probably the worst Quest of them all. It's actually quite bizarre how unplayably slow it is (although you can absolutely dumpster some slower decks). Thankfully too because not only does …

Aimed for level 300, got there two days ago and decided to save all quests for the new pass. Then, like an idiot, I played a single game of Battlegrounds for fun, not realizing that you can complete a bunch of quests there as well, so now I had to waste almost all of my saved quests on the old …

Is this the first time that the classic set isn't part of the rotatation or was that the case before as well?

Oh it's happening. I already have big plans for a deck that doesn't even exist yet. I'm just gonna manifest it through sheer force of will, that's how far ahead I'm planning.

Oh you're on next expansion. I've already studied all your techniques, you have no hope of beating me, i'm already five parallel universes ahead of you.

Card pack that gives you cards from the current standard rotation.. They're like the Year-specific packs except they apply to the entirety of the Standard pool.

Congratz to all the winners.

I'm gonna be honest, knowing that I made it into the narrow selection gives me enough of an ego boost anyways.

Strictly mathematically speaking you should complete them now because you'll get the 20% bonus XP whereas on a new pass it'll only be the initial 10%.

Realistically however it makes no substantial difference.

Personally I'll save them so I can make faster progress and get the free packs and cards faster. Getting through the early stages of the …

Why wouldn't you just run [card]Devolving Missiles[/card] against Buff Paladin? Way more efficient than Librarian. It's an Arcane Spell too so it will advance the quest.

I believe in the power of Spell Damage Mage and its ability to BBQ your opponent into submission. Enjoy.

I actually never thought of [card]Nordrassil Druid[/card], but it actually looks fantastic in kind of deck. I wanted to make a list just like this but I had no idea where to start. Gonna use yours as a template for day 1 shenanigans.

It dilultes your draw by making you fill your deck with shit cards. At least the C'thun cards help controlling the board.

Sweet idea to tie it to deckbuilding this time. Really gives some incentive to be creative, especially since one of the winners will be handpicked (which I presume will value originality amongst other factors)

I genuinely think the Quest might be a worse long term win condition than C'thun.
