Card reveals for March of the Lich King continue today with a new Hunter card from PCGamesN! Or as fate would have it, not quite 'new', unfortunately.

Zombeast Hunter Card Reveal
Unfortunately for PCGamesN in what was supposed to be an exclusive reveal, this exact card had already appeared during the recent Death Knight Showmatch as the only Hunter 'spoiler'. So we've known for a little while now that Zombeasts were coming back.
Curiously enough, the updated token in Blizzard's library now shows the base custom Zombeast as being a Dual-Type minion. Very fitting for these Beasts to finally also become Undead.

As you might recall, Zombeasts have been popularized with the introduction of Deathstalker Rexxar and Build-A-Beast Hero Power in Knights of the Frozen Throne (currently also back in Standard!) in August of 2017. And the theme has even become its own recurring Tavern Brawl as "Rise of the Zombeasts", showing up several times to date.

Will be a nice card for Arena and YouTube compilations ;)
Probably not very good, but the cost of playing a 2-mana 2/2 for the potential of something useful isn't that high so maybe it's just a decent fun inclusion. It's not like Renathal decks have trouble fitting cards in.
Cool card, but I’m not actually sure it is even that great right now. The pool of beasts while much smaller is also lacking alot of the incredible highrolls like stonetusk boar and vicuous scalehide meaning the pool loses both burst and healing. Also I’m not sure if alot of the stronger beasts you’d like off this are even options, stuff like rat king and stonebound gargon. This card is also probably dead if hunter is all out aggro this expansion as zombeasts are often ti
You can't get Rat King. You can't get cards that have an ability and a keyword, only one or the other. Every Zombeast is made of one minion with an ability, and another minion with either only keywords or just a vanilla.
