It's kinda the same as wave of apathy though because you the enemies attack to 1 so they can't trade. Except they could buff their minions and use damage spells. But I was thinking of making it 2 mana but I was just thinking at a higher cost it would just be bad using on 1 mana for 2 or 3 mana or as a top deck for 3 mana
but they would be able to lose it if attacked obviously it wouldn't stay on them after attacked.

This seems pretty balanced unless you're running a deck with tons of Taunt minions.
