Played against another rogue player who used it and all you accomplish is performing a double-edged hack slash to your own win condition as well. Unless you, by some miracle, draw only cheap spells (That aren't cycle spells) then you conceded the game by making it so that you have to spend all of those other cards while taking fatigue before you can win.
