Nerfs are already in the game :)
In order to see it, just exit HS, then wait until Battle Net hopefully updates it automatically for you and you are good to go!

You can also manually search for updates by clicking on the gear next to the play button.

Thanks, I never paid attention to that, since updates always (somehow) happened automatically for me :D thanks for pointing that out
