Anybody else getting this message and not being able to play? I've tried on and off maybe 25 times over 4 hours and it just wont let me play. Never seen this before when an expansion lands.

Its a confirmed bug. Here's the outofcards article.
Quick answer to your question: take out all your golden core cards. If you're netdecking it defaults to goldens. Gotta take em all off, and remember to choose the correct card, as some core cards have multiple copies in the collection book.
