Did Anyone Else Not Receive a Daily Quest?

I did not get a Daily Quest today. All I have is a small red space telling me I have another 17 hours until I get a new Daily Quest.

On Tuesday I did not clear out a new spot for a Daily Quest from the three full spots because the new four-spot UI made me think I could carry four Quests at a time (Feedback: Not great UI, Blizz). Did this somehow cause it? I then cleared my Quests on Wednesday, then completed the one Daily Quest I received yesterday. When I logged in this morning, all I had was that red empty spot--no new Quest.

Is this part of the new system that I hadn't heard about (Daily Quests aren't actually Daily)? Or is this a bug? Is this even the right place for me to post this?

    • I was curious about that too. I did not get my daily today, but I'm also did not get all my weekly quest few days earlier...

      Probably many of us did not recieved new quest today.

  • There are already a zillion threads on Reddit and other sites about this. Some people don´t get Daylies/ Weeklies and Blizz just don´t care. They´ve said they already "fixed it" (https://www.reddit.com/r/hearthstone/comments/jwo540/duels_weekly_quests_hotfix/) and few days later they´ve stated "they are currently investigating it" (https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/276986), so they have no idea what caused it. Support isn´t heplfull at all, looks like they won´t compesate anyone :/

    • I see we have been randomly downvoted for sharing our experience? 

      I don't know what to tell you other than I just didn't get a quest for some reason yesterday and had open slots. I did get one this morning.

  • I didn't get my daily quest today either. Logged in at 1am this morning when it usually pops up. Logged in just now and still nothing. I already completed all my daily and weekly quests so I definitely have space for a new one.

  • Happened to me twice within 2 weeks. Interesting that they didn't let me reroll one of my bs 800xp quest as well, so I guess what happened was that the server just decided not to progress my day. Probably what happened with the weeklies to some as well.

    Unfortunately, I don't think we'll ever get compensated for this. There's just no way to track all those players that got screwed, so they'll have to either compensate everyone, or just pray that the victims aren't angry whales or simply a numerical minority.
