Are the bonus stars not calculating?

I am at the top of the platinum bracket now and have won 5 straight games but am not seeing the bonus stars.  Is anyone else seeing this?

  • Your bonus multiplier appears at the top right hand side of your portrait before you queue. If it doesn’t show there, you’ve reached the point where you won’t get a multiplier any longer this season.

  • For the bonus stars, I was around 10-5 last month and the bonus stars ended at platinum 5 for me, so it sounds like you just reached the end of it.

  • Every 5 ranks you climb, you lose one bonus star. I ended last season at rank 12 and my bonus stars ran out when I reached Gold 5, if I'm not mistaken.
