Does the free legendary reset the pity timer?

If you opened the pre-order packs at a fireside gathering? Sure felt this way. 

Then it would be pretty bad, to open the packs previously.

  • Only cards from packs affect the pity timers. 

  • Then it seems, that i'm one unlucky bastard... :/
