Intermittent Issues with decks

Hey folks,

I'm having an issue when I open hearthstone and some of my decks (always random) are shown as incomplete (but they are not) in play menu.

I need to open a deck in my collection, close it and then it's totally fine.

Is it everyone or just me?

      I have had the same issue. I thought it might have been mobile related. Are you on mobile or desktop? Anyway I assume it will be fixed jn due time...

        I have had the same issue. I thought it might have been mobile related. Are you on mobile or desktop? Anyway I assume it will be fixed jn due time...

        yeah, forgot to mention, mobile only!

         

        I'm experiencing this behavior for a week or something, but I didn't manage to find any info on this in Blizzard's twitter :(

         

  • Same here, at least on mobile.

    Pretty annoying.

  • I've had this as well when the last patch hit (the buff patch), but after opening each deck it just went away - simply stopped. I know that Blizzard mentioned this as a thing that needs fixing - but after the initial problems with it I've never encountered it again.

    Did the decks you already open and close show up as incomplete again?

  • I have had this issue on my ipad, kindle fire, iphone, and laptop (os x 10.12.6). OS is up to date on all mobile devices. The issue pops up sometimes then goes away others but it happened as recently as last night. I have 4 or 5 decks that show up as incomplete and I cannot play with them until I open the deck in my collection and close it which then registers all 30 cards in the deck.

  • I have this issue on my PC since the last patch. I posted on Blizz's Forum for bugs. I was not the only one. It is a known issue. It seems to effect all platforms.

  • Happens to me on mobile and pc, very annoying having to go open it in the collection to fix it before playing all the time. Blizz plz
