Really? Sb remembered Sathrovarr and thought "Hey, we still don't have this legendary effect on normal card."
What's the most powerful card in Hearthstone?
A credit card.
Immediately that comes to mind is that this card is not great.
But yet somehow Im concerned because druid has shown time and time again that cards that copy, reduces mana, or in some cases both is and can be immediately broken.
And this card is showing vibes of that. Wouldnt surprise me if someone started spamming thaddius or eonar and creating some crazy OTK out of them with this card supporting it heavily.
This card will be pretty powerful. You can use it on an enemy minion, like a Titan. The value generated for only 5 mana is huge.

Sathrovarr as a 5 mana spell, and you can run this card twice cuz it's no longer a legendary-only effect. Well i remember that Sathrovarr was used a lot for his effect, and he costs 9 mana. So with this being only 5 mana i'm sure this will see play. Especially considering you can copy AN ENEMY MINION. It's no longer locked to just friendly minions!
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
