Meh. I mean, I guess it's technically "free" since it costs 3 mana and gives you 3 discounts of 1 mana each. And it's nice that those discounts can carry over into future turns. But it's also just dealing 2 damage.

3 mana to deal 2 damage, in hopes of discounting future turns. The card isnt bad I'll give it that.
At present moment, its best application is actually for big dhunter, where you can discount Felscale Evoker, and another activation spell. And being a spell itself, its at least making it easier to do versus Raging Felscreamer.
But of course, this card has the utility to get better. Such a big price for 2 damage, at least it pays for itself in someway.
I said you'll probably what some Mana discounts with Blindeye Sharpshooter but I didn't know what was available. This will do very nicely. I really like how it says "and" not "or".
Very good card. Casting this before playing Blindeye Sharpshooter can set you up for a bit of mana-cheating, and a bunch of damage. Also this card stacks with itself, casting this 2x in a row = your next naga or weapon costs 2 less. This will see play.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
