Demon Hunter should have at least one card like this in every set. It's needed to enable Outcast to be a consistent mechanic. This card is very useful.

'Bout damn time they come up with something like this. That said, hopefully "Outcast gains consistency" doesn't overpower the mechanic too far. Not expecting it to; just something to think about down the line.
Also: it's blatantly Bob, Ashe's omnic butler from Overwatch.

It'll see play, and should actually be part of dhunter's set of core cards because what it does is what the class needed since its inception.
Being able to essentially guarantee outcast means for bigger decks you can actually play outcast cards like Skull of Gul'dan and expect to actually trigger the effect, whereas in the past even one big minion drawn early immediately ends all notion of such happening.
Bartend-o-Bot, nice.
About time DH got something like this. It sucks so had to draw an outcast card and not be able to play it, so you have to keep playing cards until finally it's at the end of your hand and you have enough Mana left over.
BOB! Card isn't a powerhouse, but consistency of outcast is nice. Flavor for DH this set is off the charts, love it all.

This seems REALLY good to me. This fits perfectly with Outcast DH and if you only have a specific outcast card (like Skull of Gul'dan) you can just run that + Bartend-O-Bot to guarantee that you get the outcast! Amazing card.
Oh and this clearly is both Bartender Bob as a mech, and Bob from Overwatch. I love it when they do stuff like this!
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
