The one big positive about this card is that it does 3 damage to the face, and presents an opportunity to get a treasure that also deals 3 damage to the face for 1 mana. So sometimes a fireball, sometimes its a 6 mana flamestrike that does damage to face.
Im already fairly convinced that excavate will prove to be a good keyword and this card has that keyword. I'll get played in all frost decks.
3 damage plus more excavating for 3 Mana? Sounds pretty good. And it isn't limited for what you can target.
Excavate seems fairly strong, so this ought to be good. 3 mana to do 3 damage to any target isn't terrible on its own, but it does need the extra ability to be playable.

Once again, I don't think Excavate is going to be that strong, so I don't think this card will be that good. Atleast it can go face.

Miner DK is not an archetype I'd ever expect.
3 damage that can go FACE is.. alright? Spending 1 more mana for some value is alright i guess. This card will ONLY be good if excavate DK is good.
But one thing to note is that if you discover this from the DK Titans frost-ability, it will get spell-damage and be a 3 mana Fireball that excavates.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
