It's expensive, but it does 2 things Rogue loves to do: kill minions and draw cards. Of course, these are also 2 things Rogue is already quite good at, so maybe this card is redundant.

A trash card that will more likely infuriate than do anything useful.
Drawing cards and kill something? Very good. Doing it for 7 mana is about as silly as it can get. And then your hand has to be small for this not to overdraw you.
You can see that its designed entirely for flavor because this card is only ever playable in maybe 1% of circumstances.
For 7 Mana this should be able to hit face. Also, how often is Rogue holding less than three cards?
This should be called Double Sevens, because it does two things, not three.
The card has 3 sevens on it: the cost, the damage and the card draw. You're not wrong, but I think that's the intention.
