Nice improvement on Explorer's Hat because it draws you minions. Unless your minion gets silenced, stolen or bounced back to your hand, you can draw every minion in your deck with this.

Its only marginally better than Loot Hoarder and that's the only niche it has
There's just no reason to play this in 2023 where card draw options are available in most if not all classes.
Great for Even Hunter draw. It's not as precise, but it's near infinite draw.
This is the first time a card gives enchantments and not just stats to cards in hand, isn't it?
No, I think there's been other ways to enchant cards in hand. What about that Priest card that gave a Haunted deathrattle?
And card draw is always nice, but Explorer's Hat let you choose which minion got the buff. If this draws too expensive of a minion, you'll have to wait.
I hope Hunter gets a third Hat at some point, so we can build Hat Trick Hunter decks.
