Nah. I think it's too inconsistent to be good. The pool if cards for this is way too big. There are always some good epics, though.

It'll never see play outside of discovers and even then Id rate it as trash
No consistency, and the fact that shit cards overwhelmingly outnumber the good ones meaning you'll more likely get a rager than something specific.
Wont see play even in meme decks but Im 100% sure theres gonna be an achievement centered around this card just to piss me off.
I guess since it says other classes, Neutral is excluded from the pool. I guess that's a plus since the worst cards tend to be Neutral. Especially Neutral Commons. Well, there's often a Neutral Legendary that's in every single deck (currently Astalor Bloodsworn), but I feel on average Neutrals are worse than class cards.
I'm thinking this is still the worst Burgle Rogue card ever printed.
