stat wise this minion's ok. I wouldn't want to generate him randomly, though.
That weapon is pretty sick, though. 2/9 means 18 damage that generates 45/45 worth of stats across 9 bodies with Taunt, allowing you to protect more valuable targets.
And the frogs can attack, too!
Blatant power-creep on the 0/1 Frog of yesteryear. When will Blizzard learn?!
This card looks super good! The main drawback, as I see it, is that everyone's running Rustrot Viper, thanks to my boy Ignis, the Eternal Flame. You may not get to swing that weapon more than once. On the other hand, not too many decks have space for TWO Rustrot Vipers, so run Doctor Holli'dae AND Ignis, the Eternal Flame!

The card is strong, but its tied to highlander which severely limits its viability. Basically, when it comes to highlander Ive always thought shaman does the worse in, because so many of their cards either work synergistically or situationally.
But if we rate this card on its own, the only good thing about the staff is that it generates taunts. Its extremely high durability doesnt actually factor in too much because its nearly impossible to ever finish the weapon naturally. Not to mention that its powerlevel is always going to be capped by the fact that vipers will naturally be everywhere.
Overall, its gonna see play only if highalnder is viable, and if it is viable then certainly you'd play this card anyway, there's just no reason not to.
Damn, 9 Durability on the weapon. I feel like most of the time, the game will be over before you use it all up.
Won't rest until Hero Windfury is applied to this.
