Decent turn-1 play but the upgrades kinda suck. Getting only one more token doesn't seem good, not to mention that the tokens don't have any keywords so unless there's gonna be a way to tutor Urzhul Giant and turbo that out to scam games I still don't see Token DH working out.
But then again, DH doesn't really have great turn-1 openers so maybe it's good enough for just that.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Its just good. If you need tokens, well, here's some with naught but 1 mana. Why not? Even at its worst, its still two 1/1s for 1 mana, which is about standard for 1 drops anyway.
Good rank 1, but the rank 2/3 are kinda bad. Just getting 1 more token with each rank up is pretty bad. Also i think the felwings are just 1/1s without any effect. Still i think Token DH will certainly use it, as they love any kind of token generation. And tokens are always kinda scary if your opponent played Kurtrus, Demon-Render.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
I've always kept ranked spells in my hand until turn 5, but I think I'll be fine playing this one earlier. Though I won't complain about getting an extra token or two if I draw this later.
