Title. I crafted Highlander Warrior, but I'm missing Siamat, Octosari and Darius Crowley, and am instead running a couple wild cards. I have enough dust to craft one of them, which one of the three legendaries is the best one to craft for now?

Siamat hands down. That card is a must craft, and will be used a lot.
Octosari. He gives you some much needed refill in slower games. The others can easily be replaced with Ragnaros the Firelord and something else.
For Highlander Warrior specifically, I’d say Octosari, but for all around usefulness, pick Siamat.
Siamat can provide a much needed random clear to regain tempo and a 6/6 Windfury + Divine Shield is nothing to scoff at. He can be used as a control tool, aggro tool, basically any deck can run him (kind of like Zilliax)
However, Octosari provides a much-needed refill + a giant body. He would probably win more games in Highlander Warrior, but has niche use elsewhere

Like he said - if you planning on playing Highlander Warrior for some time i would invest in the Octosari - if you want more diversity and usability in other decks Siamat is the way to go
Octodaddy goes better in an tempo deck which is the one u want. Siamat is good on a variety of decks and archetype.
I'm not overly sold on Siamat, I feel he's an amazing filler card for highlander decks . I reckon that replacing with ragnaros is going to increase winrates more.
As the others have said though, Octosari is best for highlander warrior for the refills - will likely be a safe craft as it's the latest expansion (around for ages) alongside the highlanders, so any deck that needs a refill late game that's low on card draw will likely use octosari.
If your dust is limited, I think Siamat has much more long term value. He fits in more decks and can do more things. Octosari can be great in several ways (plus you can do some meme combos with him) but is a dangerously dead draw in the late game. Darius is fun and reasonably good, but not as strong and will rotate sooner.
I packed an Octosari and it's very decent refill for aggro decks not sure why you would struggle much with card draw in a highlander build...Simiat is very good probably your safest craft. Darius is not great low level craft priority unless you only play warrior
