A really interesting card for sure. The mini one is definitely the main reason to play this, as sizing down a big enemy minion for 1 mana is great. As for Tarim himself, 3/7 is kind of medium stats, so it's not super impactful. Sure, you can increase a small minion or shrink a big one, but the change isn't huge either way.

You definetely want to use his base version on a silver hand recruit for a fairly big stat swing at just 5 mana (5 mana 5/9). Unlike most of the other miniturize cards the base version seems to be the main reason you want to play him, with the mini only being a neat, but not weak, secondary effect.
I think there is not a world where this does not see play. It is great both for offense and defense.
Get a big dude, and make someone tiny.
This could have some niche aplications with egg type cards too...

This is interesting: The first half of Tarim is obviously going to be used as a buff for a smaller friendly minion, and the second half as a debuff for an enemy minion. A neat little two-for-one for aggro pally; I think there's a ton of gas for that archetype so I'm fairly certain we'll be seeing this guy around. (sidenote: one of the great tragedies of Baku-era standard was that Odd Paladin was so good that the obviously busted 6-Cost Tarim was close to an afterthought).
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
This is super great.
The base card can provide a really huge buff to a Silver Hand Recruit or something similarly small, and then the Mini is a Subdue that costs 1 less and has a 1/1 body.
This is a very strong legendary with very fitting effect for paladin. will see play in any non-strictly-aggor paly
Insane card. Buff your stuff, debuff your enemys. Will be in every Paladin Deck for a while.
Maybe buff one of your own guys with the main minion, then de-buff an enemy minion with the Mini? If everyone already has more then 3 Attack, a 3/7 Silver Hand Recruit will probably be good.
Very flexible and great art and flavour, what's more to say
Another reason to fear leaving a 1/1 on a paladin's side of the board.
And now that same card is going to debuff your greatest threat to a wisp.
It's like paladin is best equipped to fail against other paladins xD
One of the best cards of the set all around, no matter if you look at the flavor, the power level or the versatility of the card while also making great use of the new keyword. I expect this to find a place in almost every Paladin deck.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

The Un'goro guy is back! I really liked the original one, and this one is shaping up to be quite as awesome.
A buffer AND a Subdue in one package! Convenient!
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
