I just do not understand. I thought that I know how this rating system works, but after this I am not so sure... Does it make any sense to get into a match in which I lose rating even if I win?

They say something about a new Demon Hunter Legendary that has charge and can ignore taunt minions. It's mentioned in the section on Leroy if you want to check it out.
