The cost of cards that trigger C'Thun abilities seems really inconsistent. This one is so cheap for a slight delay. Other cards (like Watch Over) are significantly more expensive. This look alright, anyway, since you get to choose. Also, the wording implies you choose WHEN it happens, not when you cast this.
